- You will monitor construction activity to ensure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and scheduling.
- You will manage the technical submittal process to ensure submittals meet contract requirements.
- You will manage the change order process required to address unforeseen conditions, differing site conditions, design deficiencies, etc.
- You will review construction project parameters (e.g., integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, procurement, risk management) to recommend changes that will improve the overall project results.
- You will negotiate design modifications with representatives to verify operational agreements satisfy the interests of facilities programs and projects.
- You will apply professional knowledge of engineering/architectural principles and theories consistent in type, scope, and depth with that acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
- You will apply general knowledge of the various types of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and regulations governing Federal contract administration.
