A rare opportunity has arisen to join the endoscopy admin team, providing administrative support to the endoscopy waiting list coordinators and cover of the endoscopy reception desk.

We offer flexible working with a 9 day working fortnight which enables a day off every fortnight.

The Endoscopy admin assistant will be responsible for the administrative duties within the Endoscopy booking office and providing cross cover on the endoscopy reception desk when required.

We are looking for a bright and friendly person to join our team who is organised, positive and motivated.

This is a demanding but interesting role in a busy, friendly and hard working department. You will be expected to be experienced in dealing with the public and have accurate keyboard and data input skills. Some experience of office and/or reception work is required. Previous work in a hospital would be an advantage but is not essential.
