Work effectively as a team member. Provide an administrative service across all services in the building including word-processing, drafting, producing and proof reading for example meeting notes, reports, letters and business documents from either audio, digital dictation or copy sources. Undertake general office duties as required including filing, photocopying, collating, and distributing information, receipt, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Operate and maintain a robust, accurate and secure filing system that is easily accessible by all staff. Maintain spread sheets and databases including the production of regular information reports. Be responsible for organising and servicing meetings / events as required, including room bookings, taking accurate notes, transcription, and circulation as appropriate. Procurement - order stationery, clinical supplies, and equipment stock Use own initiative to meet tight deadlines. Provide flexible administrative and clerical cover as required. This might occasionally involve working at another base in the local area during cross cover arrangements. Support in attending MDTs and update trackers. Children's AHP Therapy Admin Team

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team supporting our Children's AHP Therapy Services, based at Wayside House.

The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support for the service. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include telephone bookings and queries , scanning , uploading to our system and sending out appointment letters. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external agencies, other staff members, parents/carers and patients.

Weare looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are a good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Signposting some post to others such as clinical pharmacist etc. Extracting all information from clinical letters that needs coding and adding to notes.
