Job Title: Administrator / Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
