• Serves as the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) point of contact for the Safety and Occupational Health Office.
• Serves as an expert by providing personnel assistance in processing Purchase Requests and Commitments within the automated system.
• Serves as a liaison between the Safety and Occupational Health Office and the Finance Office in assuring that all CEFMS data is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Attends meetings, as required, to receive all updated information on CEFMS and provide guidance to all other employees in the Safety and Occupational Health Office.

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), accomplishes a variety of duties involving assisting in determining unit's readiness and capability to perform its peacetime/wartime mission, to support programs and systems which ensure reserve members are properly trained and equipped, to provide peacetime/wartime medical support, and to provide training to reserve members in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Duties:
1: Provides direct support to the senior ART in planning, directing, implementing, and controlling all elements of the medical unit on a day-to-day basis.
2: Provides support toward conducting studies, collecting data and identifying trends.
3: Assists in reviewing status of training and personnel assets for Status of Resource and Training System (SORTS) reporting/Annual Tour.
4: Responsible for tracking of unit funds and medica/non-medical supply expenditures and activities. Monitors compliance with medical requirements to ensure timely completion and medical qualification of assigned personnel.
5: Responsible for effective management and execution of unit personnel programs. Responsible for information management processes within the unit.

• Performs clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Incumbent acts as office manager for HQ AMC/CS ensuring all administrative practices and procedures used by action officers and administrative personnel in 21 directorates are consistent with those of the organization.
• Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other material submitted from the 21 directorates for the Chief of Staff's signature. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents with complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, revising databases or spreadsheets.
