Admin Assistant
Description:
This role is to cover one of our employee maternity leave.
We are currently seeking individuals with a driven and dynamic personality to be part of our growing team:
Part time Admin Assistant duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing and organizing meetings and appointments
- Organising events and conferences
- Managing database and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Collating, filing and recording expenses
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Able to commit to the working hours stated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
- Locals are preferred
