- You will makes recommendations on a variety of administrative issues and conduct highly complex and ambiguous assignments utilizing untested methods and procedures to resolve systemic problems impacting the organization.
- You will prepare comprehensive reports to ensure that senior management is provided with clear and concise recommendations, analysis, evaluations and interpretations concerning plans, policies and programs.
- You will work with Directorate leadership to identify, or exclude, potential problems and determine financial, material, manpower and information resources needed to execute the mission requirements.
- You will provide rapid and effective response to requests and directives pertaining to plans, programs, policies, procedures, objectives, operations, reviews, and reports pertaining to the mission.
- You will respond to to near-term requirements impacting Operations policies and programs, conducts short-term analysis, oversees projects, and coordinates staff actions which cross normal staff boundaries as assigned by the Director.
- You will respond to external requests for information from the Department of the Navy, Congress, and Department of Defense by providing briefings, information papers, and analytical planning documents.
- You will direct the implementation of new programs and plans to ensure that the organization is in compliance with higher policy and guidance.
