As a/an Program Manager, you will:
- Interface both internally and externally to assure that the Division effort will result in quality projects on time and at a reasonable cost.
- Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining effective management processes.
- Work closely with internal customers providing continuity of leadership in assessing Division mission and work requirements and in developing overall plans, goals, and objectives. Confer with Directors and managers to establish broad mission requirements and objectives, plan for accomplishment, review status and progress, provide management guidance and direction, and provide advice and/or decision on policy matters.
- Establish and maintain partnership with customers. Conduct periodic coordination meetings and program reviews to ensure full understanding and communication on critical project issues.
