• To perform data entry, entering client accounts, patient demographic information & order laboratory tests completely and accurately into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

• Recognize and correct inaccurate or missing information on the laboratory requisitions

• Filling and archiving of documents.

• Assist in printing department, sorting and distributing laboratory reports on an ad-hoc basis.

• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

• Ensuring smooth daily operation.

Job Requirements

• Willing to work 5.5 days (Mon-Sat) work week, overtime and rotating shift schedule

• Minimum GCE N & O-Level with at least 1 year of relevant call centre work experience, preferably in healthcare industry.

• Good typing skills and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and positive learning and working attitude

• Fluent in written & spoken English is a must

• Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Hardworking, responsible, multitask and meticulous attention to detail

• Cooperative, able to work well with colleagues and superiors.

• Team player & supportive of the operational needs

Job Description:

You will process violation reports for offences administered by LTA and involved in handling the operations of a system printer, for the bulk printing of offence notices and letters. You will need to perform data entry, segregation of offence notices/letters and distribute to the respective parties.

Requirements such as qualifications, soft skills etc:

• GCE ‘O’ level or NITEC (Service Skills, Office) / Higher NITEC (Business Studies, Administration) Certificate
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel & Word
• Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems

• Able to work both day (8am – 8pm) and night shift (8pm – 8am) hours on weekdays and on weekends

Working Schedule:

12 hours rotating shift work – shift pattern would be day shift, followed by night shift, followed by night shift, followed by Off day, followed by Off day

Contract Duration:

1 year

Rates:

Salary of $1,500 per month excluding shift allowances of $5 to $25 for the day shift and $35 to $45 for the night shift
