Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries from customers, guests, and vendors promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest reservations and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded.
• Prepare invoices and customers' statements of accounts in a timely manner.
• Monitor online reviews and social media channels to identify any negative feedback and collaborate with the team for service recovery.
• Perform data-entry duties, including updating records and maintaining databases.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing at least a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
