Job Responsibilities:
Project Administration and Support:
• Support the Project Manager in implementing PMO procedures across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate project billability, cost, and revenue forecasting.
• Track and maintain project performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Job Management:
• Create sub-project codes for resource and cost tracking.
• Raise Inter-Project Cost Recovery (IPCR) in APEX (formerly SAP) for internal projects.
• Set up billing plans and raise Sales Invoice Requisitions (SIR) in the IPMS system.
• Provide regular updates on work-in-progress projects.
Maintenance Support
• Track and manage customer contracts and third-party vendor maintenance/license renewals.
Procurement and Vendor Coordination:
• Raise and manage Purchase Requests in APEX, ensuring adherence to corporate procurement policies.
• Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
Administrative and HR Support:
• Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and liaise with HR for certifications and training tracking.
• Organize team bonding events and other team-building activities.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Manage SharePoint workspaces for content, document management, and collaboration.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology-related studies.
Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project administration or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SharePoint tools, workflows, and forms for task management.
• Experience with SAP, project management systems, and tools for financial tracking.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, and Office 365 is preferred.
