We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Support Specialist to join our USV team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external contractors such as STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotations for various projects and services.
• Manage and maintain ES accounts.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.
• Liaise with external contractors, including STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide administrative support to the Sea Guardian and Wakeboard O&S teams as required.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma/Higher NITEC in engineering is required.
• Experience in engineering work, with an understanding of planned and corrective maintenance of systems.

Additional Information:

• This position requires frequent access to confidential information and occasional access to secret information.
• The candidate must adhere to all security protocols and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Admin Executive to work full time for 1 year renewable contract.

Description:

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Provide general administrative support to project managers in day-to-day project documentation.
• Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch of Invoices in accordance with Clients’ practices.
• Procure, manage and taking regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies.
• Manage and update Purchase Orders, ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in provision of goods and services.
• Initiate screening process for new customers and preparation of source data ahead of screening.
• Managing contract with proper filing system.
• Maintain and upkeep Department’s data and records.
• To perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management.

Requirement:

• Diploma/NITEC/NITEC/NTC/ITC in Business Management or minimun of 1 year of experience in Administrative roles
