MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (ECOMMERCE)
CREWE (ON-SITE ROLE)
UP TO £50k

This is an opportunity for an experienced Accountant to become a senior person (FD) within the business and an integral part of an exceptionally fast-moving e-commerce SME in the refurbished tech industry.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO this is a challenging yet rewarding, exciting and fast paced role. You will be an expert at adapting to constantly changing business priorities.

Overview and experience:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
· Time critical high-volume transactions
· VAT (both Marginal & Standard VAT)
· International transactions (port duties etc)
· Ecommerce industry
· Overseeing new projects, undertaking departmental cost centre analysis and feasibility studies
· Preparing Management Accounts
· Xero

You will have a commercial interest and experience of working within a fast-moving ecommerce business and the seasonal reactiveness and demands that are part and parcel of this type of operation.

Additional criteria:

Advanced Excel skills.
2+ years in a similar role.
Qualified to AAT Level 4 or working towards the qualification or similar.

FINANCE ASSISTANT
CREWE
£25-£28K

This is a chance to join an established and progressive ecommerce business in an exceptionally fast moving e-commerce SME in the refurbished tech industry.

The below experience is essential:
• Bookkeeping/Finance
• 2+ years in a similar role

Xero experience is desirable but not essential.

Duties will include:
• Reporting to and assisting the Management Accountant/Finance Manager
• Processing finances on Xero
• Processing all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate payments and collections
• Producing reports for analysis i.e. returns and supplier performance
• Coordinating claims with delivery couriers
• Progressing claims within the ecommerce marketplace i.e. Amazon, Ebay

About you:
• In addition to having relevant experience, you will be confident by nature and be able to use your initiative to find answers independently to queries on a daily basis
• Flexible in your attitude to work and a 'can do' attitude towards ad hoc tasks that will become a regular part of each working week
• It is essential that you have a good work ethic and will be a reliable team member

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HANDLER

This role is ideal for anyone who is available for an immediate start and lives locally to Crewe, as the business hits peak - Black Friday/Christmas, you will be hitting the ground running so you will need to be:

• Very confident
• Excellent on the phone
• Competent with building rapport with customers and negotiating (sales background is ideal)
• Extremely good with diplomacy and keeping customers happy

TEMPORARY MOBILE PHONE TESTER
CREWE - IMMEDIATE START
£11.44

This is a temporary role and is ideal for anyone who is available for an immediate start and lives locally to Crewe. You will be supporting the business as it hits peak - Black Friday/Christmas, for approximately 3 weeks. No previous experience needed within this role but you must know your way around smart phones i.e. Apple and Samsung.

Working as a Mobile Phone Device Tester you will be working within the repair team, checking the quality of repairs of refurbished phones, full training will be given.
