Job Description:
Manage full set of accounts for 6-8 entities, including documentation and all related entries, such as posting General Journals and keying in related accounting entries into accounting systems.
Ensure the Trial Balance is accurate and that all ledgers (GL, AR, AP, PA, Assets, Inventories, and Liabilities) are regularly reviewed, updated, and reconciled.
Prepare and submit monthly management reports, coordinate and prepare financial operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports, and MAS regulatory returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment of vendor invoices.
Ensure compliance with all tax, licensing, and statutory obligations, including the preparation and filing of quarterly GST returns and other statutory filings such as ACRA and XBRL.
Audit preparation and coordination including assisting in the preparation and coordination of external audits.
Other ad’hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting.
Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow.
Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient in Accounting software such as Xero
