Your typical work assignments may include the following:
- Serves as the Director, Policy and Plans Directorate and leads, plans, organizes and oversees the activities of the Directorate.
- Reviews and structures organization to optimize use of resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- Serves as the Agency's primary policy advisor on all matters pertaining to past conflict personnel accounting policy, to include research, investigation, remains recovery and identification related to unaccounted for personnel from specified conflicts.
- Formulates and coordinates policy initiatives in anticipation of future challenges to address present shortfalls, and actively engages in the coordination efforts of others.
