Summary of Job Duties:
Responsibilities at this AACSB-accredited college include developing and teaching undergraduate courses in Accounting (Financial, Managerial, Tax, Accounting Information Systems, and/or Governmental/Not-for-Profit Accounting), maintaining an active research agenda, and sustaining interaction with the CPA profession. Other duties will include engagement with the business community; assessment/evaluation of instruction; career advisement, recruitment, and retention activities; and participation in college and University committees. The position reports to the associate dean of the College of Business and Industry.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Classroom and online instruction
- Scholarly activity sufficient to maintain faculty appointment including a consistent record of publishing in high-quality and impactful journals
- Service to college and University, including career advising and committees
- Curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Assessment and evaluation of instruction
- Engagement with the business community
Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Activities in support of the recruitment and retention of students
- Attendance and participation in all faculty and administrative meetings, Student Research Symposium, commencement ceremonies, and other meetings/events as required
