Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.
• Collaborate with external accounting vendors to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the hedge fund manager and its potentially affiliated single-family office.
• Work with external compliance and accounting vendors to prepare periodic MAS reporting.
• Coordinate with various parties and assist in the annual audit process.
• Handle GST and other tax filings.
• Address internal management requests for customized financial reporting.
• Potentially assist with tax calculation and analysis for multiple tax jurisdictions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related areas.
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Professional work ethics and high integrity.
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
