We are representing our client from F&B industry. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Outlet Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description:
- Maintaining administrative records pertaining to your branch particularly on compliance to internal SOP, halal & regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accounting records (supplier purchases over sales to avoid account burst) for your branch.
- Requesting payment for all purchases (2x for suppliers & any ad hoc payments) after amount verified, for your branch.
- Maintaining weekly work schedule, HR related documentations, payroll processes & hiring staff for your branch.
- Verifying end-of-day closing report, daily purchases and ensure all record tallies for your branch.
- Ensuring operation running smoothly for your branch, which includes:
- Maintains daily Google review collection
- Succeed in Mystery Customer program
- Succeed in Internal Audit initiatives
- Ensures monthly sales target achieved
- Maintenance on all equipment, items & atmosphere
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Preferably aged below 40
- Working hours: Based on given shift (9 hours per day/ 6 work days - 1 day OFF)
Basis Salary: Up to RM 4,000
