As Office & Operations Support & Resilience Manager, you will report to the Contract Director. A Night Manager oversees the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

What will I be doing?

As Night Manager, you will oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Night Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
• Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests
• Complete Night Audit duties
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
• Represent the Hotel Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel
• Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise
• Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
• Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
• Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager
• Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
• Conduct annual and mid-year Appraisals with Team Members
• Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks, and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas
• Assist other departments, as necessary

We’re searching for an incredible Facilities Manager to join the team to support our new Build to Rent development, York & Elder
in Brighton!

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the development consistently meets all maintenance and health & safety
standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service across both sites.

What will you do?

* Oversee completion of daily reactive work orders
* Manage all aspects of the delivery of all planned maintenance
* Track building asset performance against design parameters to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenance
* Oversee tenancy fabric refresh works
* Keep all common and amenity spaces in good / safe condition
* Keep track of and schedule the annual statutory compliance register
* Provide timely MI reports to show ongoing compliance status
* Work closely with the central team on all site H&S inspections and audits.
* Ensure reports such as FRA’s, reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely manner and in the agreed
format
* Work closely with the commercial team and General Manager to maintain operating spend in line with annual budget
* To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organization
* To promote peak performance through effective people management, embracing the one-to-one and review process




What are we looking for?

* Comparable experience of managing similar properties
* M&E planning with a focus on statutory compliance
* Team supervisory experience
* Ability to build and develop relationships e.g. with external professionals, strategic relationships with contractors and
suppliers
* Good knowledge of residential building services
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases
or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).

The project is focused on promoting cardiovascular health within our community and providing essential monitoring and support for patients. This role is pivotal in delivering direct patient care, including phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, and pulse checks, and in educating patients on lifestyle factors related to cardiovascular health. Key Responsibilities: Phlebotomy: Conduct blood draws efficiently and safely, ensuring high standards of patient comfort and care. Vital Sign Monitoring: Perform regular blood pressure and pulse checks, record and report findings accurately, and promptly escalate any abnormalities to the relevant clinician. Health Promotion: Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventative measures associated with cardiovascular disease, including diet, exercise, and smoking cessation. Provide accessible and understandable information to empower patients in managing their health. Patient Support: Offer empathetic support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns about cardiovascular care and promoting a welcoming and reassuring environment. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with PCN standards and confidentiality guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the PCN, including GPs, nurses, social prescribers, and pharmacists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
