We are seeking a band 6 Rotational Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, integrated inpatient therapy department. The therapy department is the third largest staff group within the Trust and is widely respected. As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will play an essential part in the assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients. You will work closely with the patient, their support network, and Multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve a positive outcome.

The 9-month rotations include The Stroke Unit, Acute Older Adults, Frailty, The Acute Medical Unit and Medicine and Surgery Teams. During the rotations, you will be given opportunities to consolidate existing skills and be supported to further develop clinical and non-clinical skills. We are looking for clinicians who have a passion and experience of working in an acute, physical health setting.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Clinical

• To autonomously complete the OT process with patients including:
o Comprehensive assessment of need
o Provide individualised and specialised treatments to patients on your caseload, which will include a variety of physical, cognitive, and psychological conditions.
o Lead and facilitate on patient discharges with arranging package of care, providing equipment and community support.

• The OT process includes liaising with relatives, care givers and NOKs, providing updates regarding patients progress and discharge plans.

Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will manage one direct report, supporting them with day-to-day queries and their continuous professional development. You will focus on commercial and marketing categories, two areas that make up the vast bulk of the UK businesses spend. As the company goes through a step change in their approach to procurement, making it mandated, you will lead the charge in rolling this out across your stakeholder base. You will frequently engage with the CFO and wider marketing team to support this transition and will lead procurement of events, PR and Media agencies alongside POS production, social media etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a seasoned procurement professional with a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the various subcategories that would fall under your remit. You should be an expert communicator who can confidently influence and manage a diverse and international stakeholder base. People management experience is not a pre-requisite, but a desire and willingness to take this step is crucial. You should be able to commute to the Uxbridge office 3 days a week. A desire and ability to improve processes and effect change will be vital in allowing you to hit the ground running and make a real impact in this role. What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive base salary of up to £75,000 p/a, alongside a 12.5% bonus, 25 days' holiday and a wider benefits package. This role would also afford the opportunity to progress into a people management role, should this be your aim.
