Our NPS client requires two administrators to join the busy team on a temporary basis.

The role is full-time, Mon - Fri 9-5, 37hrs per week on a rota system, £11.44/hr.

Our client is based in the centre of Nottingham, within Crown Court, with good access to transport links.

The role is fully on site due to its nature.

This role will offer a great opportunity to work within the Probation Service and gain experience within the Public Sector.

Duties will include but not be limited to

* Carry out checks, as well as safe-guarding and police checks

* Reception cover, door access, signing in/out of visitors, directing of visitors within the building

* Data inputting court results/sentencing

* Liaising with staff and other probation users with professionalism

* Administrative duties including taking some calls, the printing and posting of letters, as well as the uploading of paperwork onto the system

* Monitoring of a centralised inbox

* Support the courts, the moving around of documents

* Allocating reports

* Stock taking and petty cash reconciliation

You may already be working in respiratory physiology as an assistant technical officer grade and are looking for career progression then this post might be for you. As band 4/5 training post you will be employed as a band 4 respiratory physiologist as an apprentice and will be supported to complete the 3yr BSc Healthcare science apprenticeship degree at which time you would then be enrolled onto and be expected to pass (1) the ARTP practitioner qualification and (2) an internal clinical end point assessment within the department and with a positive outcomes in both then progress into a band 5 clinical respiratory and sleep physiologist position.
