Ensure that fit for purpose systems, policies and procedures are in place for the provision of Bank and agency staff in all areas of the Trust, with ongoing reviews. Inpatient patient care: Responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the comprehensive inpatient care of patients with colorectal conditions, ensuring optimal medical management and patient outcomes.
