An opportunity has arisen for a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) position for applicants with an interest in working with people with a range of mental health conditions atNewton Ward (PICU)Clock View Hospital.

The successful applicant will be working as a key member of the occupational therapy service on the wards. We are looking for self-motivated and caring individuals who can facilitate group activities, 1:1 sessions and assist the qualified occupational therapy staff as required. Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)

Changing over the visuals/graphics

Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

I am currently working with a key client who is an award-winning financial services organisation based in the heart of Liverpool's business quarter. They are seeking a professional administrator to join their payout team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based from modern offices and very easily commutable from all areas of Liverpool / Wirral, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their next opportunity within administration.

Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to complete all administration tasks in relation to customer and client payouts. You will ensure that all payout processes are monitored and controlled, to ensure all deals are processed accurately, and the appropriate funds are raised and released. Your responsibilities will include receiving documentation proof, updating the application system and identifying any incorrect or fraudulent issues. You will also liaise with account managers and dealers and provide other administrative support where required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in an administration role, ideally within financial services, although this is not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail, have a strong sense of urgency and be able to work to deadlines.

Your new school
Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting a South Liverpool based primary school as they are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated teaching assistant to support the Reception class, in a 1:1 Teaching Assistant job. This is a long-term full-time contract.

Your new role
Provide one-to-one support for a child in the reception class, helping them with classroom activities and social interaction. You will assist the child in developing foundational learning skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Follow the child's personalised learning plan and provide regular updates to the class teacher and SENCO. As well as helping to foster an inclusive and supportive environment within the classroom, ensuring the child's safety and well-being at all times

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered in your application you must have full "Right to Work" in the UK as well as recent references supporting children between the ages of 0 - 5, as well as:*Expert knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
*An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to get one through Hays
*An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is advantageous
