We are looking for a Specialty doctor [substantive] who will work with the national neuropsychiatry service at St George’s Hospital. You will work alongside consultant colleagues and an MDT. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and a growing service.

You will join neuropsychiatry service based at St George’s hospital which is closely allied to the Atkinson Morley Regional Neurosciences Centre. It is an outpatient service which covers over 3-million population and receives referrals from neurologists, psychiatrists or from GPs. A wide range of neuropsychiatric conditions are assessed and managed within the service including neuropsychiatric co-morbidities associated with various neurological conditions, functional neurological disorders and other organic psychiatric conditions. In addition, the service provides assessment and advice to patients in various neurosciences wards at Atkinson Morley Wing, St George’s Hospital.

In order to be eligible to apply, candidates must clearly demonstrate on their application form that they have completed their FY1 and FY2 Foundation training (or equivalent). In addition, candidates' must have 2 years experience in Psychiatry i.e. a minimum of 4 years clinical experience as a doctor.





The post is based at St George’s Hospital. The post holder will have expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health problems associated with various neurological conditions, functional neurological disorder and other organic psychiatric conditions. The post holder will be responsible for providing general neuropsychiatry outpatient clinics and doing assessments on various neurosciences wards.

The post holder will work closely with the existing neuropsychiatry consultants and the lead Consultant will provide clinical supervision and share responsibility for general neuropsychiatry outpatients. The post holder will liaise with a multidisciplinary team within neuropsychiatry and at the neurosciences centre.



The post holder, in conjunction with other members of the multidisciplinary team, will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for neuropsychiatric problems in the outpatient setting. The post holder will also provide consultation and commit to supervision of other team members as required and cross cover as appropriate within Neuropsychiatry Service.

Short summary

The Quantitative Stem Cell Biology lab, headed by Dr Silvia Santos, is seeking a Senior Laboratory Research Scientist (SLRS). The successful candidate will investigate spatio-temporal control of cell division and cell cycle remodelling during cellular differentiation using 2D and 3D stem cell-based models of human gastrulation. The postholder will drive a research project and contribute to collaborative projects within the lab. The postholder will benefit from excellent mentorship and training.

The research group
The Quantitative Stem Cell Biology lab, headed by Dr Silvia Santos, was established in 2018 at the Francis Crick Institute. The lab’s primary focus is understanding cell decision-making. Current areas of research include understanding regulatory mechanism regulating cell fate specification, cell cycle remodeling during cellular differentiation and the interplay between metabolism, cell cycle and cell fate. There is a strong focus on single cell analysis and advanced live cell imaging. The lab uses a variety of model systems: mouse and human embryonic stem cells (ESC), 3D organoid models of mouse and human development and mouse embryos.
The team is multi-disciplinary, diverse and currently composed of three PhD students, two post-doctoral fellow and one principal laboratory research scientist. The Santos lab promotes independent and creative thinking and all members are committed to providing excellent training and mentorship.

NTS - Neonatal Transfer service

This fellow job has come up as part of the NICU expansion in which we have opened 45 cots to provide all levels of neonatal care at the Royal London Hospital. We are a tertiary centre and take referrals from all over the North East London region.

The posts will be for a period of 12 months with further extension depending upon the clinical performance

Training will be provided as appropriate for the individual in accordance with the syllabus for trainees in neonatal medicine following discussion with their educational supervisor. In general training opportunities occur in the context of:

This is a year long contact and will require you to work a hybrid pattern of three days in the office which will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Monday and Friday being working from home days. You can be based from either our London office (W1) or Leicester office (LE2) but regular travel between the two to meet and understand all of the creative partners you are working with will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and balance workloads across the creative department to optimise productivity.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
• Maintain or improve the agency’s utilisation rate, focusing on maximising billable hours.
• Collaborate with account management to handle new work requests and project assignments.
• Lead weekly workflow catch-ups for both London and Leicester teams.
• Develop schedules for campaigns and projects in partnership with account and project management.
• Communicate with teams to monitor progress and identify potential roadblocks.
• Provide regular updates to creative leadership on workload, resources, and project status.
• Adjust schedules as necessary and effectively communicate changes.
• Manage external communications for Mission Group, coordinating with the CCO and marketing director.
• Ensure briefs are submitted prior to scheduled meetings.
• Liaise with the broader group to secure additional resources when needed.
• Identify and recommend potential improvements for future workflows.

You will be a detail-oriented person with strong organisational abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should remain calm under pressure and be capable of multi-tasking effectively. A solution-oriented mindset is essential, with strong problem-solving skills and an openness to change and the adoption of new technologies. Previous experience in an advertising agency is essential, with demonstrable previous experience in creative department workflow management.

This post is a full time static position at 29 Romford Road, Stratford E15 4LY, it may involve working from satellite and in virtual clinics. Communication Develop high quality, up to date and easy to follow end user training materials using the GSTT style and appropriate format. This includes manuals, teaching aids, PowerPoint presentations, quick reference leaflets, eLearning packages and online learning programmes. Gain sign off from subject matter experts prior to release. Communicate highly complex work processes with knowledge of local workflows which may create contentious situations. Be responsible for decision making processes which may require management of hostile or highly emotive workshops or meetings. Guide staff on course of action to take during design of new patient pathways. Develop and deliver formal and complex presentations for large groups of staff. Deliver training and eLearning support as necessary, on a one-to-one basis, or in a larger group environment dependent on service requirements blend. Apply a blended learning approach wherever possible. Provide education and training to GSTT and its partner organisations ensuring you follow the Trust policies and protocols. Actively participate in continuous professional development and take part in the Train the Trainer accreditation required by the Trust. Attend and deliver refresher training sessions to other team members (and learners) as required. Analysis and judgement Ensure attendees are appropriately booked; slots on courses are fully utilised, and attendance records/training outcomes are recorded accurately and timely on the Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with other Trainers, Application and Configuration teams and the Training Administrator(s) as required. Accurately update and maintain the LMS with course information. Assess user competence during training identifying and taking action where staff fail to achieve the required level. Actions include completing a report or recording a risk.Ensure both the Training Manager and appropriate Line Manager(s) are informed and record using agreed processes. Identify complex user queries and take appropriate action to resolve these in conjunction with colleagues/Super Users/Training Manager. Fully participate in peer observations, offering supportive and constructive feedback to Training colleagues. Responsible for ensuring formative and summative competence assessments are developed for each course. Assessments should be in line with adult learning styles for the relevant module to demonstrate achievement of course objectives and level 2 Kirkpatrick evaluation. Management Work in a complex and unstructured multi-disciplinary environment; be able to act with minimum guidelines. Be an expert in the application area. Line management responsibility for IT Trainers and Junior Trainers, ensuring the quality and adherence to the standards and agreed criteria. Work with Lead Analysts and other Principal Trainers to incorporate feedback from training sessions into future developments or make urgent changes to build as appropriate. Assist with training colleagues in the application area and deliver specialist training when required. Deliver specialist training and demonstrations to staff. Planning Project management experience or relevant experience is required to formulate the long term and complex training plans for the Trust and its partners. Responsible for the planning and scheduling of Trust staff into appropriate training sessions for their role. Ensure training provided meets the needs of the service and can be delivered to the timescales agreed. Provide support based on expert knowledge of EHR applications/modules and operational processes in order to deliver high quality, effective and timely training to multidisciplinary end users. Travel to required locations on Trust sites to deliver training and support to staff based at GSTT and all partner organisations. Setup IT training equipment at training venues (lifting and carrying is involved). Provide cover in the event of sickness and/or annual leave to ensure the continuity of service is maintained across all sites and cancellation of training sessions are kept to an absolute minimum. Respond effectively, and within the Trust agreed target timescales, to end user support queries logged on the IT Service Desk Policy/Service Level of Supervision Support end users to achieve required competency of the required application(s), using pre-determined course materials. Where appropriate make EHR and/or local managers aware of areas of concern. In conjunction with the Training Manager, ensure effective training timetables are implemented and user attendance is reported accurately, according to relevant processes. There will be a requirement to deliver training outside of normal working hours, evenings and weekends. Review and evaluate end user feedback, identifying constructive ideas for improving future delivery/content. Ensure changes continue to meet business needs. Produce and ensure course/lesson plans are relevant, up to date and in line with current practice and policies. Maintain accurate training records for audit purposes. Extract and customise reports from the LMS for Service Level Agreement (SLA) and management purposes as required.
