Plum Tree Ward is a 30-bedded medical ward. 15 beds specialising in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, alongside with 15 beds for general medicine. There is a diverse patient group which includes Crohn's disease, Liver Disease, enteral nutrition, Substance misuse and general medicine conditions.

Ensure regular audits of prescription supplies (FP10s) and record findings, reporting and anomalies to the Prescribing lead. Escalate any problems to your line manager or practice manager that you need support with. Provide cover for members of the Prescription team during periods of sickness and annual leave.
