Our Prevention and Early Intervention Business Officer role is central to the quality care and services we deliver across Cambridgeshire. We are looking for 2 dedicated, full time Business Officers to join us permanently in supporting our Reablement Duty and Compliance teams within Prevention & Early Intervention. We are committed to finding the right fit for these two important roles.

Successful candidates will join a team of motivated professionals, collaborating with a range of specialists within Prevention & Early Intervention, to deliver the best outcomes for residents of Cambridgeshire. These roles require flexibility, proactivity in problem solving, and positive engagement with colleagues, partners, and service providers alike.

We offer a hybrid working approach, allowing you to work from both an office location and home, once fully trained. With multiple locations across Cambridgeshire, your office base will be assigned on appointment. As Prevention and Early Intervention Services operate over 7 days a week, one of these roles will include occasional weekend and evening shifts.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Officer, you will play an essential role in our operations, driving efficiency, improving processes and enhancing service delivery within the Prevention & Early Intervention teams. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, with key duties that include:

• Managing and processing phone calls and correspondence with service users, their relatives and Health and Social Care professionals.
• Interpreting information to ensure queries are directed to appropriate teams/staff
• Inputting and maintaining sensitive information across multiple databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR
• Supporting the ongoing development of processes across the service.

Our successful client, with offices based in Huntingdon, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent full time basis working 8am - 4.15pm / 8.30am - 5pm / 9.45am-6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:-

Taking inbound customer calls
Assessing customer needs
Transferring the call to the correct internal team for assistance & resolution
Responding and dealing with customer emails
Reporting any complaints / problems to management team
Working to SLA's and call handling targets.
You will also provide reception cover from time to time, meeting and greeting visitors, issuing visitors badges.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Providing administrative support
Booking meeting rooms
Updating company database & company documentation.
Skills required

To be considered for our Customer Service Advisor vacancy it is essential that you have:-

Excellent clear and concise communication skills.
