CSCS Painter and Decorator required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Painter and decorator to join a project based in Glasgow. The site can be accessed by public transport so own transport is not essential.

This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30 - 4:30, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Painting and decorating
• Assisting with trades on site
• Any other works as directed by the site team

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Charge Hand (also known as a Landscape Technician Charge Hand) to be responsible for the maintenance of communal grounds including grass cutting, trimming hedges and weeding flower beds. - Provide supervisory support in keeping estates well maintained and clean

- A pesticide application certificate PA1 – PA6 or equivalent
- NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture or similar discipline is desirable

- Some experience of supervising others
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

Part and Full Time positions available

Key Duties
Working with a variety of people from all walks of life and backgrounds.
