The key deliverables for the Lead for People Development are: Work in collaboration with Head of Education and People Development, Associate Director for Education Learning and Culture, and the Lead for Education and Skills, to scope, research and design a potential change to provision that best benefit the service, our colleagues and the trust. Continue to build on our successful apprenticeship offering to support the development of our current and future workforce, in partnership with our Integrated Care System (ICS) colleagues. Support the Head of Education and People Development in the evolution of, and then lead on the implementation of a GHNHSFT apprenticeship and careers strategy, paying special attention to the creation of new opportunities and service improvements that will enhance staff and learner experience. Lead on work experience within the organisation Ensure the provision of high-quality T Level and work experience placements to attract our future workforce, and support embedding the Safe Learning Environment Charter principles into all placement areas for all learners. Collaboratively work with workforce and Trust leaders to lead on the development of career pathways for our non-medical clinical and non-clinical workforce from apprenticeships to post-registration where applicable, ensuring a pipeline for our future workforce that particularly targets our workforce shortages and gaps. Management of the DAS account to ensure we maximise the opportunities presented through the Apprenticeship Levy, increasing the numbers, range and quality of apprenticeships at all levels in our Trust, leading on the required procurement of apprenticeship providers in line with the NHS Standard Financial Instructions. Lead the undertaking of a leadership and management learning needs analysis, and subsequent design, delivery, and evaluation of the Trusts leadership and management development offering, in a way that meets personal, cultural and operational needs for current and aspiring leaders and mangers. Support the Head of Education and People Development in the evolution of, and then lead on the implementation of a GHNHSFT Leadership and management development strategy Lead and oversee the development and provision of coaching and mentoring services across the trust Ensure regular CPD and supervision for in-house coaches, and the provision of coaching and mentoring skills training programmes (accredited and non-accredited) Lead on the design for expansion of induction within the organisation, starting from induction into the organisation, and growing the concept of induction for role transition, and induction as a new manager or leader. Evaluation of impact of all provision within people development service. Monitor Key Performance Indicators, identifying required actions in achieving and reporting these to the Head of Education and People Development

Our client Is looking for CNC Turner that can program, set and operate CNC Lathes in a precision machining environment, ensuring the top quality within given timescale.

The role:

Program, Set and operate Fanuc controls in a precision machining environment.
Offline programming with OneCNC
Interpret technical specifications
Self-inspect, including quality, cleaning, and de-burring.
Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule.
Continually assess tool condition and maintain as necessary.
Always looking at decreasing run times and decreased down times through good set ups and enablement coupled with personal motivation.
Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop.

The Person:

Motivated, highly organised CNC machinist.
Manual machining experience advantage
CNC Milling experience - advantage
Experience using a variety of inspection equipment including micrometres, verniers, callipers, gauges and CMM.
Experience in sub-contract machining environment.
Experienced working with a variety of materials
Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
Positive attitude and good time keeping
Computer literate, good numeracy, and literacy skills.

- Using hospital databases, such as TRAK, CRIS, Medical Notes, Infoflex, EPR check appointment dates and outcomes for patients. - Ensure the cancer database is updated in a timely and accurate manner to enable the clinical teams to meet the cancer targets. - Working with MDT co-ordinators to ensure that all patients are proactively tracked from referral to treatment. - Liaise with administrative and medical staff in various departments to ensure appointments are booked swiftly for patients in line with government targets. - Ensure effective communication with nursing staff, medical teams and other co-ordinators in order to co-ordinate the effective and timely treatment of patients. - Pro-actively escalate issues and delays in the patients pathway. - Develop a basic understanding of the medical terminology and treatments for cancer in order to fully understand the patients pathway. - Maintain close communication with the MDT co-ordinator updating him/her on a regular basis on work progress and alerting him/her of any problems that may result in a delay in the patients treatment. - Input data into Infoflex to ensure timely uploads in line with target dates. - Provide administrative support including collecting medical notes in preparation for MDT - Help assist and support all MDT specialties should it be required, particularly in periods of absence.
