• You will be responsible for providing oversight of MSC’s Worldwide Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program for nearly 300 personnel acting in the role of cardholders (CHs) and Approving Officials (AOs) for Afloat and Ashore accounts.
• You will be responsible for acting as an Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the GCPC program for cardholders and AOs to ensure that regulations and policies are reviewed to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse with purchase cards.
• You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on GCPC matters to program stakeholders such as AOs and CHs at all MSC locations.
• You will be responsible for serving as an administrator who oversees training and enforces use of USBank, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Joint Appointment Module (PIEE/JAM) mandated for use by DoD, DoN and MSC policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for maintaining liaison with MSC legal counsel ensuring that all policies and compliance issues with possible legal ramifications are coordinated with the legal counsel.

• Provides strategic, technical guidance, and management advisory services throughout the Office of the Department of the Air Force Chief Information Officer (SAF/CN) and its four sub directorates (CNE, CND, CNS, CNZ) on the effective use of HRM to support goals and objectives and produce results that accomplish agency and command missions. Senior Staff level advice is provided in a wide range of HRM areas such as merit promotion, recruitment and placement, affirmative employment, employee and labor-management relations, classification, staffing, compensation, benefits and retirement, and employment performance and conduct issues as well as in other areas such as resources management, civilian deployment, and other special programs.
• Trusted agent and expert advisor for senior management within SAF/CN on affirmative employment, staffing, recruitment and placement, compensation and pay, benefits, classification, employee development, performance management, etc., relating to GS, and other pay schedule positions. Using experience gained in the human resources arena the incumbent provides assistance and guidance to senior leaders in connection with the establishment of new positions and initiation of various personnel actions.
• Serve as Unit Reserve Coordinator, Civilian Personnel liaison, and military personnel point of contact for SAF/CN offices. Answers questions, interprets data, and research/provides historical information, background data and recommendations on a myriad of issues.
• Reviews, analyzes, and synthesizes data from core personnel documents, organization charts, unit manpower documents, DCPDS, Business Objects and reports containing civilian personnel and position data to ensure compliance with policies and advises management or takes corrective action as appropriate. Serves as the organization's primary source for direction and assistance to supervisors for the execution of personnel management responsibilities.
• Accomplishes trend analysis and other related resource analysis pertaining to the SAF/CN. Provides customer service in person or by telephone, and completes correspondence (e.g. answers written inquires, prepares letters to obtain missing information, etc.) related to human resources. Interprets customer's inquiries, resolves discrepancies, and solves complex problems based on an extensive knowledge of civilian personnel rules, regulations, laws, and procedures. Serves as project lead analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for daily management and long-range implementation of managerial programs. Prepares and delivers written reports and oral presentations, e.g., briefings, training sessions, consultations, orientations, and discussions with SAF/CN leadership, supervisors, customers, and coworkers and conducts or leads conferences as representative of the SAF/CN.

• Reviews, analyses, substantiates, and processes requests for disclosure of AFOSI information, to include all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests with assistance when needed on unique requests from the Initial Denial Signatory or the Staff Judge Advocated. These requests include requests for information from the public or referrals and consultations from the DOD, other Federal agencies and adjacent law enforcement agencies.
• Exercises responsibility to keep current with new developments and recent court decisions, legislative activities, and congressional initiatives regarding release of information under the FOIA (including legal interpretation and decision) Privacy Act Laws, Civil Liberty Laws, and other pertinent laws, Executive orders and precedents pertaining to information disclosures, security and protection of information. Provides input, fact sheets, recommended changes, and suggestions regarding successful resolution of problems and situations encountered within the division and recommends policy changes regarding FOIA and PA matters.
• Employs extensive knowledge of all AFOSI records systems, internal procedures, and investigative methodologies to determine if records requested are complete when received from other AFOSI offices. Incumbent may at times be faced with significant omissions from official record systems and must rely on knowledge, experience, and supervisor assistance to locate missing files or to justify claims that information is missing, cannot be located or that may have met if retention disposition.
• Utilizes internal and external contacts to confer or determine and clarify requested information. Coordinates and consults with attorneys from the AFOSI Staff Judge Advocate's office (JA), HQ USAF JA offices, other federal offices, other FOIA offices, and other agencies on mutual matter of FOIA/PA policy and questions that arise during the processing of requests.

The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is to perform assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, positive customer service and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the Veteran. The LPN works under the direction of the Nurse Manager or designee.
