There will also always be a carer present who knows the client well to provide him with emotional support and reassurance throughout the process. This task is currently completed by his Dad who understandably finds it very difficult and, now his son is older would like to be able to train up someone else to support with this task. We are looking for:

• someone who is committed long term as training could take up to 6 months before the person is confident in doing this task alone.
• someone who is able to focus on the task at hand and remain detached from their feeling and emotions.
• We are looking to recruit a small team of carers on 2 week rolling rota covering Monday to Sunday, Days and Nights (depending on availability).You must be able to work alternate weekends.
