What you'll be doing;

• Drive, plan and manage daily operations of the maintenance department, servicing both the MRF and the MBT as well as to a lesser extent the Transfer Station, the Weighbridge and the HWRC. • Lead on most of the significant asset improvement projects, improving operations and safety across the plant.
  
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders including: contractors, central Technical Direction, equipment and parts manufacturers, industry specialists, and many others.

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
