As a Meteorologist, you will perform the following duties:

• As an Emergency Response Specialist, determine forecast guidance requirements, working with echelons at all levels to evaluate and improve guidance packages. Make recommendations on improvements.
• Develop area-wide warning and preparedness programs and severe weather public awareness programs. Oversee transfer of technology from research to operational environments.
• Provide Impact Based Decision Support Services (IDSS) to emergency managers, emergency response officials and federal decision makers.
• Provide weather, water, and climate support to high-level administration during high impact events, which requires access to compartmented "Specially Sensitive" information. This includes congressmen, cabinet members, VP and other senior executives from other government agencies.

1. Develops, implements, and controls contractual, financial, and technical aspects of the ITCC Contract through designated phases of the acquisition cycle.
