We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Housing and Property team, based in Chester. The role is primarily lone working, within a team of 10 surveyors covering Sanctuary properties in the North regional area.

The role of Maintenance Surveyor will include:

- Undertaking property inspections in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance
- Project management of planned works
- Attending and contributing to on site meetings
- Coordinating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of progress by providing clear and precise updates
- Managing external contractors to ensure maintenance work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and programmes
- Carry out stock condition surveys as required


Skills and experiences:

We have an opportunity for a Gas Planner to join our Gas Planning team, based in Chester. The Gas Planners are responsible for planning the work for Gas Operatives across areas in England and Scotland including scheduling gas servicing and repair works. The ideal candidate would have previous experience within scheduling work and talking to a range of customers. The role of Gas Planner will include:

About the Role

We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker. For this role you must be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle.

As a Rapid Response Care Worker , you will be covering the Chester and Ellesmere Port area. The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from Hospital. What to expect

You will be visiting clients in their own home in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.

You will be meeting several clients each day, so you need to be a great communicator and even better listener, as our clients love to tell great stories.

You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead.

We don’t need you to be a Michelin Starred chef, however basic cooking skills, such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches and using the microwave is essential.

Our clients have a range of ailments that they need support with, so our Support Workers need to be patient and have compassion.

We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons. We also have evening shifts 6.30pm – 11.15pm which attract an enhanced pay rate.

We provide support to our clients 7 days a week, so alternate weekend working is something we require.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.

What We Require

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven pharmacy experience preferably in a hospital setting.
