Your new role
You will be providing critical administrative support for a project that requires a large amount of data to be cleansed, entered and organised. Key duties will be:

• Reviewing large volumes of data on the CRM and Excel spreadsheets
• Entering and moving data to the correct location on Excel
• Check and resolve anomalies/missing data via calling internal and external teams

The post holder will: Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Under the guidance of qualified therapists, you will undertake goal focussed reablement plans set by therapists; this may involve exercise programmes or completing functional assessments. Be responsible for the timely treatment and regular reviews of patients who have clear rehabilitation goals under the guidance of qualified therapists. Work alongside other health and social care colleagues all working together to provide a patient centred service, aiming to enable service users to remain safely in their own homes and be as independent as they can be. Act as a role model to colleagues, seeking high standards of professionalism. Assess the care needs of individual patients and then develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care for them. Lead a team of nurses in the provision of care to a named group of patients. Take charge of the ward when required. Provide leadership to the team of nurses in their charge, supervising, monitoring, supporting, and educating them in good professional and clinical practices. Assist in maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring patients individuality and privacy are always maintained. Maintain confidentiality. Effective communication and handover of care.
