What you will be doing

As a Technical Consultant, you will bring expert-level depth/breath of skills, implementation experience and knowledge of asset finance industry practices, regulations and processes, as well as understanding the individual client configurations.  With expertise in auto and equipment financing business process, provide with business or technical guidance to clients’ enterprise software implementations of FIS Asset Finance system. Team involves in Mastercard prepaid management system. Its a Card processing/ issuing Application system which will be used for Prepaid cards. We support end to end solutions of prepaid card. Team primarily works on Mainframe technology.

What you will be doing:

• Installs, maintains, and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software. Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
• Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance, and resource consumption.
• Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.
• Provides twenty-four-hour support for applications.

What you bring:

• 7 to 10 years of Experience in Mainframe Development and Enhancement
• Having Good Experience in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, IMS, CICS, JCL with experience in Cards & Payments domain and great if you possess any skills in Base2000, TBS and P1C Products.
• Willing to work in Support role.
• Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (24/7)

Key Responsibilities:

• To receive all the goods as per the specifications & ensure to reject any goods if not as per the specifications.
• Ensure that the Stores Associate maintains proper records of goods received, goods issued, and quantity of stock, approved & rejected goods.

• The Guest Experience Associate is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Guest Experience section whilst on duty. 
• All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards, that the guests’ first and last impressions of the hotel are lasting ones of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards.
• Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
• Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.
• To ensure that all guests of the hotel are checked in and checked out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.
