JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the customer’s strategy and customer business plan.

Job Description:

• Source and participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
• Assist in conducting market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retail development.
• Establish & maintain good landlord-tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
• Attend to tenants' leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints with the objective of rectifying or resolving issues to improve services.
• Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.
• Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, and generate leasing reports as well as any other related documents with regard to tenancy transactions.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters about mall operations.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up to date with property market status.
• MS Office familiarity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills.

Job responsibilities:

Requirements:

5.          Experience in handling large projects is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set of Accounts Preparation

• Prepare and submit a complete set of accounts accurately and in a timely manner, requiring minimal supervision.

Account Management

• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL) entries, cashbook transactions, journals, inventories, and reconciliation accounts.

Accounting Functions

• Handle all accounting-related functions to ensure smooth operations.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements: -

• High School/ Fresh Entry in Accounting or other accounting-related fields
• At least 1-2 years' experience in account.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, Power Point and accounting software
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication skills with internal and external customer
