ROLE SUMMARY

• Support clinical trials and the development strategy for early development assets and lead development programs across multiple functions within Pfizer Oncology, as well as represent the program with the external clinical community.
• Develop clinical development plan from first in human clinical trial to proof-of-concept, including assessment of appropriate combinations, as well as evaluation of potential predictive and pharmacodynamics biomarker plans.
• To ensure the clinical components of the clinical plans and clinical expertise are provided to project teams, including medical monitoring of clinical trials. 
• To support projects from Research to Proof of Concept at which point molecule may be handed to the late-stage Oncology Clinical Development team for post-POC (typically phase 3) development

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, develop and execute strategic development for early development assets.
• Oversee early development assets’ development broadly within a specific indication or group of indications. Typically, work on at least two clinical programs and support the development and provide consultation regarding multiple research projects.
• Work across the organization and on multifunctional teams responsible for the development of early development assets (including Product Team).
• Oversee the development and management of clinical protocols and amendments, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, statistical analysis plan, and regulatory documents.
• Provide leadership to early stage clinical scientists on the clinical study team for Early Development Assets, working in a matrix team environment with other clinicians, statisticians, clinical pharmacologists, translational biologists and regulatory specialists. Meet regularly with the Pfizer Oncology group leaders/surrogates across functions to increase mutual awareness and influence of emerging program targets, priorities and status.
• Implementation of PK-guided dose escalation, early combination strategies and emerging innovations on all Pfizer Oncology first-in-human clinical trials with input from Oncology Research Unit, Oncology Regulatory Strategy, Clinical Pharmacology and Precision Medicine, Oncology Clinical Development and Operations, Pharm Sci and Product Teams.
• Oversee the evaluation of safety, pharmacology, and efficacy data from ongoing and completed studies for early development assets.
• Oversee manuscripts, abstracts and presentations for scientific meetings and advisory boards.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare summaries to support clinical development programs.
• Medical resource for design and interpretation of clinical and preclinical programs to support existing and new development candidates.
• Coordinate regular (at least quarterly and as needed) interactions with preferred clinical trials network and KOL advisory board to objectively consider and implement feedback.
• Drive innovations in early clinical development, and the application of translational oncology and precision medicine approaches.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders and teams to translate early preclinical discovery research into therapeutic candidates.
• Coordinates with business development to establish strategic external collaborations and foster new research projects and programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or MD-PhD with 5-10 years of industry experience in oncology drug development is preferred, track record in early phase drug development.
• Clinical oncology experience: Board certification in oncology preferred.
• Significant industry leadership experience in clinical, translational or basic research in biomedical sciences or one of the disciplines related to drug development.
• Understanding of related disciplines (e.g., biostatistics, regulatory, pre-clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences). 
• Demonstrated scientific productivity (publications, abstracts, etc.).
• Proven scientific writing skills and good communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to defend the clinical plan at governance meetings is essential.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Demonstrated history of effective leadership; including cross functional and matrixed teams, managing direct reports, and experience in seeking and maintaining alignment with cross-functional leaders.
• Demonstrates a passion for helping patients with cancer and for the science of oncology.

POSITION SUMMARY

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge and understanding of business and financial healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related degree.

The Division Director, Client Account Management for Language Services skillfully executes consultative client management and growth strategies as they lead, develop, and oversee the management of our client’s language services programs.  Each Division Director will manage 10-15 Client Account Managers and/or National Account Directors, all of whom are individual contributors. The Division Directors drive and execute retention, happiness, and revenue maintenance and ultimately revenue expansion goals and targets for their assigned territory and teams.  This position is tasked with securing contract renewals, ensuring programs meet target goals, and growing customer share with current accounts.

Job Tasks:

• Build and execute upskilling for each member of their teams to review progress to goals, support skill-building opportunities, and strategize toward their achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

• Design and employ relevant tools and strategies to achieve team and company objectives including market sizing, penetration rates, C-Suite engagement at clients to gain additional Language Services products.

• Lead and participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 meetings to maintain strong communication, and build trust and teamwork among the account management team members.

• Manage the individual contributor management of delinquent accounts by communicating directly with clients in order to acquire payment or determine when to submit the account to legal for further action.

• Be the funnel point for rate adjustment requests and the corresponding volume increases or margin erosion associated with contracting and pricing.

• Travel with team members to face-to-face client interaction and to meet with existing and potential clients.

The Role:

Reporting to the SVP Facilities and Engineering, based at our Norwood, MA site,

the Senior Director of Global Engineering is a technical leadership position at the organization, one which has primary responsibility for leading the conceptual and detailed engineering of new manufacturing and R&D facilities worldwide. The candidate will lead a group of subject matters experts across multiple disciplines including Plasmid, mRNA Drug Substance, mRNA Drug Product Manufacturing, Plant and Clean Utilities including HVAC. The position requires broad engineering knowledge of the Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing Technologies. It also requires strong project management skills with the ability to keep multiple projects on their timelines and on budgets in a fast based and demanding environment. Candidate must have a strong process approach and an eye toward continuous improvement with as are strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
 

Candidate should have knowledge of regulatory and performance requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Candidate will establish and lead a local team of project delivery and manufacturing support resources (Process Engineering for Drug Substance and Drug product Manufacturing, Plant and GMP Utilities) at remote locations for project execution. Candidate would be responsible for overall project delivery up to Operational Readiness milestone.

Here’s What You Will Do:

• Partners with the Capital Project Delivery and Project Control Team in the delivery of manufacturing, Office, and R&D facilities worldwide.

Here’s What You Will Bring to the Table:

• At least 20 years of relevant experience working with engineering project delivery, construction capital projects or 15+ years with master's degree in engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated work environment.

• A professional and advanced degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering background is preferred.

• 10 or more years’ experience leading others on project teams, interfacing and influencing at executive levels.

• Substantial operational engineering experience

• Broad knowledge of engineering aspects associated with pharmaceutical drug substance and drug product manufacturing

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards

• Experience working to regulatory standards: FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Good Engineering Practice (GEP), Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Good Documentation Procedures (GDP)

• Experienced working on all aspects of capital projects, including budgeting, design, construction, validation, start-up, and ongoing operations will be a plus.

• Relevant experience in Central Utilities including, but not limited to: WFI (Water for Injection), and Purified Water, Compressed Air, N2, Chilled Water, Steam, Heating Hot Water, Electricity and Sewage

• Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills  

• Working Knowledge of Large and Small Molecule manufacturing including fermentation and chemical synthesis. Single use Systems for Upstream and downstream processing. Fill & Finish experience is a plus.

• Working knowledge if key Drug Substance manufacturing technologies such as Fermentation, Tangential Flow Filtration, Chromatography

The Role

Senior Director, Platform CFO

The Platform CFO is a Senior Director and is the business partner for dealership operations and oversees certain store accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Responsibilities will include performing detailed analytical projects, action plan tracking, and information gathering while influencing effectiveness at all levels of the organization, adapting to rapidly changing business needs, assessing and improving business processes and measuring effectiveness of processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level, as the business partner to Dealership Operations leadership.
• Coordinate and partner with Dealership Operations leadership in operational performance reviews at the store and regional levels including creating materials to highlight improvement areas and strategic focuses.

The Director will play an important role in advancing the objectives of Land O’Lakes Venture37’s organizational growth and impact strategy. The Director is an experienced business development professional with established relationships with US Government customers, including USAID and preferably USDA, and experience working in agriculture development and economic growth. • Significant experience in proposal leadership roles including leading and writing proposals

• Demonstrated understanding of emerging trends in international agriculture/economic development

• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to conceptualize and develop program designs

• Experience in leading and working with multi-cultural staff, including awareness of and sensitivity to working with multi-cultural groups in multiple socio-economic settings

• Proven team building and staff development experience with ability to mentor staff on proposal development.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

I. Essential Duties

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals
• Proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting effective sales calls, facilitate meetings and presentations to potential clients, handle special event inquiry calls, negotiate space, assist with client catering needs through local caterer, create event proposals and conduct site inspections.
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Build/generate new leads to increase size of potential client database from cold calls and market prospecting to include, but not limited to conventions, corporations, DMCs, tour operators, meeting planners, associations, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious and Fraternal) groups, concierges, hotels, organizations (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Convention Center, Convention & Visitors Bureau, etc.) etc.
• Develop strategic and promotional plan to drive Special Event/Rental sales for the venue/region to reach/exceed annual goal. Plan to include strategic initiatives, competitive analysis, insights on new areas of opportunity, etc.
• Sales generation – maximize revenue while developing long-term relationships with clients (both local and national)
• Monitor changes in the sales / special events industry and develop strategies to improve and adjust to those changes
• Evaluate/identify potential business from new clients for both local market venues as well as Live Nation’s portfolio of opportunities
• Seek out and develop relationship with local industries (i.e. corporations, hotels, non-profits, etc)
• Fully integrate into CVB to capitalize on the corporate and convention business that comes to the local market
• Become involved in local and national outside organizations directly related to the hospitality industry (i.e. MPI, PCMA, ISES, HSMAI)
• Attend local trade shows, participate in sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts
• Responsible for overall financial aspects involved in promoting and selling the venue
• Create and implement required reports on the productivity of sales by establishing revenue goals, enhancing client database, increasing check averages, managing contribution margin and exceeding goals in all categories
• Oversee and coordinate service vendors to fulfill client proposal and event needs
• File management of Caterease (Special Events software system)
• Strategic planning and forecasting
• Oversee all departmental accounting paperwork
• Development, management and fulfillment of the Special Event marketing budget
• Weekly reports to the GM on corporate sales trends, bookings, sales recaps and  department productivity
• Submit monthly reports to GM and VP of Sales including, but not limited to: Special Event Revenue Report, Forecast, Revenue Pipeline, Talent Cost, Event Export Reports, Revenue Breakdown and Lost Business

II.       Supervision of the Department(s)

• Actively train and develop team on effective sales calls, prospecting and presentations
• Manage Sales Managers and provide strategic direction on how they can reach/exceed their individual goals, both short-term and long-term
• Execute weekly department meetings to keep staff informed, assess/set goals and create strategies for new business development
• Provide a positive and creative team environment within the department(s)
• Oversee daily management of sales team
• Ensure accuracy and delivery of all required reports (SEO’s, leads, event calendars, forecasting, sales revenue reports, etc) are distributed in a timely manner for proper planning
• Understand all operational department responsibilities, capabilities and limitations to smoothly ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational communication
• Serve as an advisor to staff members on logistical arrangements, recommend and monitor new business opportunities, develop professional and personal goals of the staff maximizing productivity and stimulating growth, both internally and externally
• Monitor office procedures to ensure timely returned calls, maintain filing, trace system, lost business and proper etiquette
• Handle all recruiting, hiring, disciplinary and terminations in accordance with all Live Nation policies
• Maintain open communication and handle conflict resolution with staff
• Conduct evaluations of staff, outline goals and monitor progress, maintain action plans, propose/ raise recommendations
• Ensure staff training is complete and satisfactory.  Ensure consistent and on-going mentoring for department employees
• Monitor department office procedures

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of five years sales experience in the hospitality industry
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Working knowledge of local and regional markets, restaurant and venue operations, computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing), guest relations
• Skill in Interpersonal communications, organization, financial knowledge, and team building
• Ability to delegate, follow up, relate to staff, guests and partners in a positive effective manner
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Physical Work Demands:

• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with considerable noise and interruptions.  Must be able to change activity frequently.
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends).

THE JOB

The Director of Premium Sales & Service is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio.  This will include the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals.   This sales position will be responsible for multiple amphitheater/ballroom/club retention sales within an assigned region.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for establishing, nurturing and maximizing positive relationships with existing members and annually renewing their full season memberships via all touchpoints- calls, emails, seat visits and events 
• Design, present and execute annual proposals to existing premium clients and referrals
• Develop new business sales opportunities by generating referrals, prospecting, and upselling current accounts
• Meet and exceed specific levels of activity, appointments and revenue goals while exceeding the member expectation
• Serve as the venue sales ambassador in the community while partnering with the local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Chambers of Commerce, Meeting Planners Associations, and similar type organizations
• Work in partnership with the Director of Regional Business Development as well as Sales Coordinator to cover specific shows to network with current and prospective guests to ensure the show experience is exceeding expectations
• Enter all pertinent customer interaction information in KORE/Salesforce.com for efficient reporting and historical data purposes
• Report directly to the Regional Director

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is required
• Five to ten years direct business to business sales experience, preferably in premium seat sales, sponsorship, media or sports marketing
• A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel across multiple entertainment/sports properties with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of pressure
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards retention of existing memberships
• Highly motivated, naturally assertive, with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience with Archtics and KORE/Salesforce.com is a plus
