Vision AI Stack Director
Key Role:
Set strategic direction for AI enabled computer vision and spatial computing business, and build, deliver, and scale technical teams to grow solutions-oriented federal and commercial revenue and margin. Lead the delivery and growth of computer vision and spatial computing solutions across firm business verticals. Lead diverse technical teams to capture new opportunities and execute delivery of scalable AI services and solutions. Oversee the selection of first- and third-party technologies, design of complex software, machine learning and hardware integration and delivery, demonstrations, and IR&D to create competitive business advantages and accelerate value to clients. Manage and grow teams of technical computer vision and spatial computing specialists. Apply advanced consulting and industry expertise to lead the integration and delivery of AI projects in ways that maximize the impact of strategic initiatives, brand sentiment and p(win) of priority captures.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with industry consulting, and managing teams and projects with AI enabled computer vision and spatial computing
- 10+ years of experience with shaping, capturing, and delivering DoD and public sector AI products or engineering services
- Experience selecting and integrating modern CSP native and managed services and emerging AI technology applications
- Experience executing strategic priorities, business captures, proposals, and managing client and industry relationships
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in AI Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Unity, Unreal game engines, and cloud-based computer vision applications
- Master's degree in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred; Doctorate degree in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field a plus
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
