The Opportunity 

We're looking for a world-class AI cloud services leader to lead our generative AI app integrations roadmap. Adobe Firefly services power generative AI features and experiences in a variety of applications like Generative Fill in Photoshop, Text to Vector in Illustrator, Text to Template in Express, Text to Image in multiple apps. In future, these services will power newer modalities like audio, video, 3D and multi-modal capabilities.

You will lead the US and global engineering teams focused on building Firefly pipelines and services to power generative features in Adobe’s apps/surfaces. Your goal will be to increase the velocity at which generative AI features are built and deployed and to implement a scalable process that multiplies Adobe’s generative AI capabilities surfaced in our products. You will also be responsible for operating high traffic GPU intensive pipelines for these generative workloads.

What You'll Do 

• Engage with Applied Research (and Research) groups and product teams like Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and others to build an ambitious roadmap and plan to deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions that will power innovative new features in our flagship applications

• Work with product management leadership and other key stakeholders to define the generative AI feature strategy and secure executive buy in

• Partner with various platform teams to leverage existing inference systems or define new required enhancements to support new modalities (video, streaming, etc)

• Lead planning and delivery of GPU optimized, efficient model pipelines for new Firefly features serving a variety of modalities like images, vectors, 3D, etc.

• Grow and scale the process and global teams with a goal to increase the velocity of AI feature capability manifold.

• Ensure the delivery of a scalable, reliable cloud service with observability, logging and tracing to enable quick detection, understanding and resolution of run-time issues

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

• A minimum of twelve years of industry experience, including atleast five years of engineering leadership.

• A deep understanding of AI/ML, including ML frameworks, public cloud and commercial AI/ML solutions - familiarity with Pytorch, SageMaker, HuggingFace is required.

• Image Processing, Computer Vision, Generative AI experience is strongly preferred

• Atleast five years of AI/ML experience.

• Knowledge about creation and optimization as well as operation of GPU intensive ML workloads in production environments

• Understanding of model serving, orchestration, scaling and GPU resource management

We're looking for an outstanding senior engineering and ML leader to drive the Firefly web application and APIs. This role works with  the VP of Firefly in the CTO platform organization, and key product leaders across Adobe. You will grow and lead an engineering organization that is responsible for three main pillars:

• The Firefly website – driving the reinvention of creative tools with Generative AI at their core.

• Firefly APIs - exposing Generative features in all Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere, Audition, Substance)

The opportunity:

We are seeking a leader to oversee and ensure delivery of the full portfolio of projects and programs for Adobe's Business Platform (horizontal platform leverage and consistency in commerce, payments, provisioning and administration, and identity for all of Adobe’s projects). The Director, Clinical Quality Therapeutic Area Lead provides proactive end to end quality oversight strategies for the development and implementation of a customized risk-based quality assurance strategy for the clinical development program.

Director, Clinical Quality Therapeutic Area Lead will manage end to end Quality Oversight within one of three Therapeutic Areas (TAs): Oncology/Biosimilars, Immunology & Rare Diseases, and General Medicine. The TA Lead is responsible for implementing a risk-based quality strategy that advances quality by design principles for the full clinical trial lifecycle (protocol development, database lock, and regulatory submissions/ approvals).

You will be a vital role who develops deep knowledge of the TA’s clinical trials and provides oversight and quality management of critical data and processes for global and local study teams and all clinical trial sites who participate in Amgen sponsored trials.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols ensuring simplification, application of lessons learned, and identification of critical data and processes
• Provide quality oversight for the Risk Assessment Categorization Tool (RACT) for each trial to ensure the proper identification, prioritization, and mitigation of risks to critical data and processes and patient safety, welfare and rights
• Provide oversight for the development and implementation of Quality Plans
• Establish Regional expertise to ensure quality and compliance to local regulations
• Support TA-specific data integrity, including technologies for data collection and measurement (e.g., biomarker usage and imaging methods)

You will be responsible for providing technical and organizational leadership for features like Firefly model customization, extensible generative APIs and enterprise focused generative presets. Firefly for Enterprise is one of the biggest priorities for the organization and the measure of success in this role is rapid execution and delivery of features on the Firefly enterprise roadmap. You will help grow the organization into multiple US and global teams and implement a scalable process to parallelize the execution of various enterprise features. You will partner closely with the enterprise PM team, Adobe consulting and various field teams that work closely with our enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Grow and lead multiple teams to execute on various Firefly enterprise features

• Ensure predictable, efficient delivery of features in a phased manner to increase the engagement with enterprise customers and grow the adoption of features

The successful candidate will serve as the lead engineer for the DCGS-N program over the full lifecycle to include engineering, integration and deployment.  Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, architecture design, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.  They will be responsible for managing the overall work effort and products of the engineering staff.  Support to business development and proposal development will also be required at times.  Some travel and shipboard visits will also be required.

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in a computer science or engineering related discipline. 

15 years of engineering and/ or software development experience including use of modern technologies and methodologies.

5 years of Navy ISR related experience.

Experience articulating complex technical concepts to customers, business development, program delivery, technical teams, and executives, both orally and in writing.

Active TS/SCI clearance

The Opportunity

The Global Growth team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive significant membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in annual ARR growth and metric performance improvements. We are looking for a passionate operational leader to own strategic ARR driving initiatives for the Digital Media business across Creative & Document Cloud!

You will lead growth in Digital media through key growth business levers: promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention. This role will drive the strategic focus by using data insights as well as the GTM execution in partnership with teams across Adobe.

• Function as a general manager, optimizing resources with the goals to deliver on annual and quarterly ARR targets
• Responsible for Go-To-Market execution and optimization to accelerate conversion, paid member expansion, retention and digital revenue growth
• Understand journey for paid and prospect customers and build insights using data to build programs
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to develop requirements for new technology initiatives that deliver conversion or retention benefit
• Partner with key cross-functional teams such as Product, Cloud Tech, Adobe.com, Analytics to resolve and launch new programs
• Present to Executive team to gain alignment and agreement on strategy and possible trade-offs

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience (10+ years) as GM of a line of business – focused on driving revenue, KPI growth and achieving quarterly/ annual targets
• Customer-first orientation, with experience working on B2B products or services
• Deep understanding of digital business models and demonstrated impact creating and launching initiatives (products, experiences, tests, etc.) to drive conversion, paid member value expansion and increase customer engagement and retention
• Fast learner, to get up to speed on Adobe’s unique marketing channels & funnels
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

What you'll Do

• Coach and mentor designers and design leaders, hire and attract top-notch talent to the team, and foster a culture where designers grow, learn and do their best work.
• Build a collaborative environment, encourage deep partnership with cross-functional teams, set a high bar for design craft, and define and implement design strategy for redesigns, 1.0s.
• Lead the GenStudio teams through strategy, creative direction, and collaboration with product teams and other partners.
• Have an impact beyond your direct reporting structure to influence end to end integrations, partner team requirements, and the definition of foundational capabilities to be used by team across Adobe.
• Own the articulation and creation of design strategy on a few pivotal initiatives.

What you need to succeed

• 6+ years of equivalent practical experience leading designers, managing design leaders is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering Enterprise GenAI powered experiences. Enterprise marketing software, AI driven workflow development, storytelling, as well as awareness of current industry trends and tooling are essential.
• Understand what it takes to get a product idea to launch to optimize.
• Lead empathetically, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for the design team to do innovative and impactful work!
• Embody a learner and mentor mentality; curiosity and ongoing self-education in the field of marketing and GenAI driven systems.
• Experience working with executives on ambiguous problems and crafting big picture strategies driven by design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite. Articulate design strategy through solid, strategic presentations.
• Effective facilitation across product-design-engineering teams in early stages of key projects.
• Deep expertise in strategic problem framing and solving problems through high design craft.

The challenge

As the head of global Marketing & Customer Data and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Adobe’s B2B data and technology vision. This executive-level position requires a visionary leader who can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring the successful development and deployment of a robust, customer-first, data-driven marketing architecture to drive our digital growth initiatives at scale. You will directly impact the data and technology that underpin both the planning and execution of customer experiences that create awareness, convert interest, and expand and enable the use of our Digital Experience (DX) solutions.

What you will do:

Strategic Vision:

• Develop a comprehensive and forward-thinking data and technology vision for connected customer marketing experiences alongside at scale demand creation and capture using DX solutions.
• Define and execute the vision for a Customer Data Platform that provides comprehensive customer intelligence and enables marketing performance optimization from activation to revenue.

Data Architecture:

• Design and implement a scalable and flexible data architecture to support the collection, processing, and utilization of customer data that underpins DX GTM strategy development, campaign planning, marketing program execution and tactic-level optimization.
• Establish data governance and quality standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and security.

Technology Solution Design:

• Oversee the expansion and integration of Adobe’s Customer Data Platform (AEP) within the B2B marketing technology stack, to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
• Lead deployment of AEP and related Marketing Automation and Journey Optimization solutions to personalize and simplify the customer journey, provide B2B account intelligence, and deliver closed loop data for ROI and conversion insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing analysts and data scientists to understand reporting & analysis requirements and translate them into scalable and performant data pipelines and composite analytical assets.
• Partner with Adobe Technology Solutions (ATS) on infrastructure needs and governance practices to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).    

Leadership and Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing data and technology team. Provide functional and technical leadership, and mentorship to data and solution architects and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing across geographically diverse teams.
• Oversee contracts and relationships with data acquisition and enrichment providers supporting data buys for both analysis and operations use cases; evaluate third party data solutions.

What You will Need:

• 15+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role overseeing data and technology architecture
• In-depth knowledge and success in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms for digital marketing
• Deep knowledge of data governance principles, including data lineage, metadata management and data stewardship
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in the digital marketing space (e.g. MAP, DMP, CDP)
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related services (e.g., DataBricks)
• Ability to coach on technical leading practice methods (e.g., at scale data orchestration)
