The Director of Revenue will work closely with stakeholders internally and externally to determine and devise appropriate Revenue strategies in key markets and segments to maximize hotel revenue performance.

our client base and work with more traditional corporate finance and private equity firms, you will also be supported to further
develop your own network of potential clients and intermediaries.




Responsibilities

* Develop a detailed understanding of the business and its clients
* Lead engagements from start to finish, with support from the directors, liaising with the client and target as appropriate
* Write detailed, high quality, reports highlighting key risks pertaining to a transaction
* Analyse and present insightful analysis of a businesses financial performance including it’s key value drivers and trends
* Manipulate large data sets to provide compelling, value add outputs
* Effectively communicate insights, requirements and timelines both internally and externally



Essential requirements

* Three years’ experience in a transaction services role (or equivalent)
* Excellent report writing skills, typically within PowerPoint.
* Fluency in Excel.
* Chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent (ICAEW/ACCA qualified)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work with others effectively in teams and being able to work under own initiative under tight timeframes
* Commercial mindset and the ability to present to clients effectively
* Ability to manage teams and prioritise workloads

Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in the organisation's Manchester office. You will act as the Investor Relationship Director to assist the business through a period of commercial change, reporting directly to the business's CEO. You will actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with existing investors and potential future investors (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and more), whilst monitoring, analysing and forecasting investments. You will also develop the systems and procedures to enable the effective management of new and existing investor relationships, whilst raising targets and progress against targets from new and existing investors and provide reports to the Board.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in the financial services sector, with high net worth investors, pension funds, or similar. You will have a proven track record in managing investor/client relationships, along with strong business ethics and must be able to demonstrate a commercial background. The role will require a confident and experienced presenter (both formally and informally), possessing excellent commercial understanding and awareness. You will be a strong team player, with good emotional intelligence and the ability to interact both at the board level and with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

About the role
As Executive Assistant to the Director of Estates and the Director of Masterplan, you will have an intimate viewpoint of the organisation and the 5 museums within the Group.

Diligently supporting both Directors, you will managing diaries and often act as first point of contact with inbox management. You will also lead the organisation, support and minuting committees and other instrumental meetings. The glue to the efficient management of a proactive and inspired office, you will communicate on behalf of the Directors with key external contacts, and with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.

The role has real scope for impact - consisting of managing a complex and diverse workload to tight deadlines, and with your own projects to lead. Using your expert judgement, you will proactively manage the correspondence and schedule of the Directors, to ensure the skilful co-ordination of their activities across the Group.

We can offer a hybrid working patter for this position, with a mix of office and home working, however you will need to be able to work from our Manchester site 3 days a week.

Contract: Permanent, Full time 35hour per week
Salary: up to £30,500 per annum, depending on experience
