Job Title: PA to Director of Operations
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 1st October,2025
Salary: £29,635.83 (£30,551.56 is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Liverpool/Manchester/ London- Hybrid can be based anywhere in the UK

You will provide personal assistance and secretarial services to the Riverside Care and Support Director and overarching Senior Leadership Team.
About you

- Three years office administration experience
- Proven track record of providing administrative services
- Experience of maintaining databases
- Experience of organising meetings and liaising with suppliers and senior Stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Role Profile
To provide PA support to Riverside Care and Support Director involving:
- Shorthand, copy & audio typing of correspondence, minutes, reports, tables, memos and confidential documents
- Communication on behalf of the Director via a range of channels with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed preparation for RC&S Management meetings, including liaising with attendees, compiling documents, making travel arrangements as necessary
- Management of Director’s diary, liaising with external and internal contacts ensuring best use of Director time
- Management of Director email, keeping up to date with day to day issues, identifying important/urgent matters for Director attention, taking action as necessary in their absence
- Management of Director files, ensuring all documents safely held
- Retrieval and reconciliation of Company credit card statements and expenses on behalf of Director
- Managing the Directors Self-Serve system responsibilities
- Assist and contribute to the organisation of annual conferences and senior management away events
- Assist with the production of professional reports ensuring they are written and presented to an exemplary standard
- Assisting the Director and SLT with their social media posts and managing direct messages
- The role will include some travel and a flexible approach to your working hours.
