Position Overview

The Senior Director, Engineering, Sales Products is a critical role reporting to the VP, Engineering for Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE), Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.

You are a leader empowered to catalyze our growth to $10b+ through improved seller productivity, data quality, insights, and experiences to successfully scale worldwide sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product management peer to publish rolling 12-month roadmaps aligning to our goals

• Contribute to strategic planning processes to influence multi-year investment plans to drive the greatest business value

• Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impact

• Lead a global engineering team and provide thought leadership on all systems and platforms used by the sales teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering, including creating and driving roadmaps from conception to launch

• Deep domain expertise in enterprise Sales including best practices to drive and support industry-leading Account Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Planning and Performance, and Sales Enablement

• Proven track record landing quantifiable business impact in partnership with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product management, UX, and architecture

• Experience with technical concepts, modern engineering practices, and influencing technical leaders

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for directing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management and insurance solutions, establishing and maintaining a transportation-related regulatory compliance framework, and commercializing risk.  The position reports to the Vice President-Tax & Risk Management, and serves as a value-added resource to Ascent’s business leaders, operations and sales teams.

• Manage relationships and annual workstreams with third party insurance brokers (and carriers as needed), including provider selection, annual renewal process, preparation of renewal and new insurance applications, program design and efficiency, policy review and approval, proper maintenance of documentation and files
• Manage accounting for premiums, claim payments, and refunds/credits

• Serve as day-to-day lead for risk management function to support Ascent business leaders, accounting/finance, operations, and FP&A teams

• Review transportation related and other business contracts and agreements for risk and insurance provisions, using legacy experience and industry knowledge to holistically assess risk
• Manage insurance claims process for key claims, including, coordinating with internal customer/carrier claims and legal teams, compiling claims support, ensuring recovery and resolution for parties involved
• Manage risk and insurance team members and other external service providers
• Evaluate and implement effective customer-facing cargo and other insurance programs and effectively commercialize risk for Ascent’s business segments and enterprise as a whole
• Establish and monitor an enterprise-wide transportation compliance regulatory framework and cargo claims process in coordination with claims and legal teams
• Support future company growth and expansion from a risk management and insurance perspective

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelors degree preferred, as well as 10-15 years’ experience in a combination of finance, risk/insurance, governmental regulations (DOT, OSHA, hazmat, etc.) and vehicle maintenance and safety

Position Description: 

Oversees the HR Business Partner Team (HRBPs) and the Employee Relations Team (ER) to most effectively manage company talent and minimize risk and negative exposure while increasing productivity and retention for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. This role leads the design and implementation of proactive programs to support business growth, a high-performance culture, a strong employer reputation, employee engagement, effective employee relations, and legal compliance. This role ensures the HRBP and ER teams become strategic partners with business area leaders to solve problems, leverage opportunities, and minimize risk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals. 
• Proactively review analytics regarding people matters; ensures the team provides appropriate intervention and/or corrective action such as training opportunities; and develops and executes proactive training and tools to support business strategy.
• Reduces risk and ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations relating to employment, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (FLSA, NLRA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC), etc.
• Evaluate key emerging employment trends and use a creative approach to solutions building in addressing those trends.
• Partners with business leaders on organization design and any restructuring efforts for client groups.
• Builds high-performing teams through developing and implementing operational plans including clear goals and success metrics.
• Leads the HRBP Team to advise and coach all levels of leadership within assigned client groups in the following areas: performance management, leadership development, talent management, compensation, Team Member relations and engagement, retention, succession planning, rewards, and recognition.
• Leads the ER team to review analytics regarding ER matters proactively; ensures the ER Team provides appropriate intervention and/or corrective action such as training opportunities; and develops and executes proactive training and tools to support business strategy.
• Actively participates in the Company’s Policy and Procedure Committee; leads the ER team in annually drafting and revising employee handbooks and company policies. 
• Interprets and applies understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification for HR inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or another related field, preferred.  High School degree or GED required.
• 7+ years’ of prior leadership experience (project management experience qualifies). 
• Proven HR Business Partner experience (employee relations, investigations, strategic HR consulting, employee retention enhancement, training, and development, etc.) or leadership of HR Business Partner function strongly preferred.

We are seeking a hands-on Associate Director for the Risk Reporting Management (“RRM”) Team without our T&O Risk and Internal Controls (“T&O RIC”) unit.  T&O RIC reinforces the bank’s “1st line of defense” by providing controls and oversight for Technology and Operations in support of all pillars of the bank. We are seeking a Director, Finance to lead the FP&A team within the Home National Team (HNT), which, along with our operating partners in the field, has P&L responsibility for the nearly $2 billion revenue home dialysis business across the U.S.

Purpose & Scope

What You Will Do: 

• The Management Consulting Associate Director and Director in Guidehouse's State and Local Government Practice leads delivery teams on high impact State & Local Government client engagements and drives business development activities.

• Key activities include:

  • Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture

  • Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information

Mandate:

Reporting directly to the Head of Tactical & Accrual Trading, the PM is expected to be market focused; develop and execute trading strategies in various fixed income sectors; take calculated proprietary risk and make effective trading decisions within the context of the strategic investment plan as set forth by the business heads and leads of Global Markets.

The PM should have a background in quantitative or technical analysis with a particular focus in liquid markets. The PM is accountable for developing and implementing portfolio strategies which achieve target risk and return profiles for the Global Markets Investment and Liquidity Portfolio’s. These strategies can cross multiple fixed income asset classes, and span the capital stack in terms of liquidity and credit risk. The role requires a deep understanding of fixed income investing and demands a focus for optimizing a portfolio based on ongoing market conditions.

The role is expected to work closely with all Global Markets teams, and with the other Investment PM’s in ensuring both macro and idiosyncratic risk is aligned globally, however the individual PM is responsible for their own risk sleeve and mandate. This person is expected to maximize profit while prudently minimizing the bank’s exposure for liquidity needs and adhering to regulatory statutes. The role is expected to work closely with Internal and External clients and partners. This includes working closely with risk/product control to ensure all investing strategies adhere within the defined guidelines.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience with quantitative (or technical) based investment strategies, including designing and implementation of such strategies.  
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in trading and managing risk within Fixed Income markets, preferably in a proprietary or direct investment decision capacity role.
• Ability to cultivate relative value and trading ideas across Fixed Income asset classes which are executed using prudent risk management.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in financial services, accounting or legal fields.
• Must successfully complete the external regulatory exams, licenses required to be considered a registered member and senior officer of the firm.
• Having some knowledge of North American and International investment banking business and regulations is preferred but not required.
