The Assistant Chief Nurse, Nursing Operations reports to the Chief Nurse, Operations. They serve as a key member of the nursing leadership team and hold shared responsibility for all aspects of care that fall under the operations service line including Emergency Department, and Surge Team, Nursing Supervisors, Resource/Float pool, Patient Safety Nursing Assistant Pools, Inpatient Transport Team, Wound Care Team, PICC Team, Inpatient Diabetic Educator, and Nursing Timekeepers. They are responsible for supporting the Chief Nurse, Operations, Deputy ADPCS, and ADPCS in providing administrative oversight and direction for all programs within the service.

The Chief Nurse, Nursing Operations relates effectively with customers, families, the community, and program and service leaders at the local and network levels
• The Assistant Chief Nurse, Nursing Operations supports the development and administration of service-related administrative and clinical programs, utilizing the nursing process as appropriate. They provide leadership and guidance to subordinates, assisting them in carrying out the expected functions and activities. They serve as a change agent, helping others understand the importance, impact, and process of implementing mindset change and continuous quality improvement
• The Assistant Chief Nurse supports the Chief Nurse, Deputy ADPCS, and ADPCS in ensuring all staff under their supervision understand and follow accreditation and regulatory compliance. They review various dashboards and metrics to identify trends, implement early intervention, and formulate follow-up plans with multidisciplinary administrative and clinical stakeholders to ensure high-performing teams.

• Manage all operational immigration programs and activities as well as all administrative support functions in a Field Office
• Administer immigration benefits and services.
• Direct the adjudications and naturalization programs and related functions.
• Plan work to be completed by subordinates; set and adjust short-term priorities; set target dates for work completion; evaluate and develop performance standards.

The Chief Nurse, Acute Care provides executive oversight for daily clinical and administrative operations with supervision of the Nurse Managers over the following areas: Inpatient Case Management, STAT Team, Centralized Telemetry office, Medical/Surgical units, Intensive Care units, and Progressive Care unit. Collaborates across care disciplines to assess, design, plan, implement and evaluate interdisciplinary programs within the service and medical center.

The Chief Nurse, Acute Care provides senior leadership within nursing, as directed by the Associate Director for Patient Care Services (ADPCS) and/or the Deputy Associate Director for Patient Care Services (DADPCS). They are responsible for the practice of nursing 24/7 and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, standards of patient care, treatment, and services, nursing practice standards, staffing plans, functional statements, and standards to measure, assess, and improve patient outcomes. The incumbent appropriately delegates activities to services assigned to them under their purview. Ensures a competency process is in place to evaluate individual practice, as well as a review process for annual performance ratings.

Role Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join Rosalind and help deliver our Customer Data Platform services. You will be accountable for technical engineering decisions, solution designs, and delivery, as well as elements of the operation of your assigned services.

In this technical leadership role, you will act as the executor and the visionary behind technical solutions. You will lead teams of between 10 and 25 technical resources to solve complex engineering problems, craft the technical designs and ensure a successful delivery of high-quality products and services from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while sharing responsibility with other program leads for achieving the desired objectives.

You will also be accountable for delivery of security-and privacy-first capabilities while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work as measured by a quarterly Developer’s Experience survey, and alignment and contribution to the service network and technical engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

A normal work week consists of leading one or more teams of engineers to deliver and implement technical solutions, following your design approach to meet your assigned program objectives and KPIs. You will also collaborate closely and often with Chief Marketing Office (CMO) Leads, Digital Leads, and Product Owners, to ensure that technical decisions and their implementation align with broader strategic priorities.

You represent engineering in program and stakeholder meetings, as such you’ll need to be able to think on your feet: provide consultation, identify risks based on a variety of factors, and rely on your past experiences to identify potential solutions and develop ballpark estimates.

In many situations you will be working with technology that is new to Pfizer and requires you to learn quickly, be able to read and understand documentation, and architect robust and scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with increasing responsibility delivering digital solutions, products, and services.

• Professional certifications in engineering leadership are a plus.

• Demonstrable experience operating in a DevOps environment.

• Proven capability handling large scale, enterprise software delivery in a global 24/7 environment.

At a technical level, we are looking for engineers with qualifications and expertise in the following areas:

• Experience driving and participating in technical discovery to architect and deliver solutions that meet program business objectives.

• Systems thinking experience demonstrated by architecting complex solutions that require integrating multiple solutions.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AWS services to build real-life large-scaled solutions.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices, RESTful APIs, integration patterns, microservice patterns and other areas of interest to modern software development.

• Excellent experience with API-led development using Postman and Open API 3.0 is a must.

• Excellent experience with Agile team processes, including Scrum and Kanban delivery - we enjoy working with lean methods.

• Experience with the types of process problems that come when trying to build complex, new applications and comfortable when things are uncertain and require problem solving.

• Excellent experience estimating complex technical stories and breaking them down.

• Strong written and spoken English with excellent asynchronous collaboration and communication.

SCOPE:

The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations reports to the Program Manager and will provide Mission Operations Support throughout the entire MSSI Program.

The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations will be responsible for ensuring all program activities are implemented in a timely manner and will report activities as required. The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations will work directly with the PMO staff as well as program staff to ensure that all program management operations are handled in accordance with best practices.  This includes communication and coordination within the PMO and providing guidance and maintaining communication with all for the daily operation of the program. The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations will emphasize close coordination, communications, and collaboration with the DoS officials in Iraq, the MSSI DSH, small DSHs, HUs, CONUS support and other relevant locations to ensure that responsive and reliable services are always delivered.

The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations will manage day-to-day EMS operations, logistic and administrative functions to optimize overall service delivery.  The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations is responsible for technical oversight over all assigned EMS, UDS and DS staff.  The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations may also provide clinical services as an EMT-P. The Director of Emergency Medical Services and Operations monitors the skills, training and performance of all medics using the national standards currently in place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Emergency Medical Services Responsibilities

• Manages, counsels and mentors Paramedics throughout MSSI Theater
• Responsible for overall operation and administration of medical transportation services for MSSI EMS; provide active and ongoing management of all facets of MSSI EMS program
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the functioning of medical transportation services; arranging/conducting meetings between various agencies
• Preparing, and presenting EMS assessments and recommendations on a periodic basis and as needed
• Implement a clinical Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement system that can comprehensively examine and evaluate the quality of care provided by the EMS system
• Ensure EMS PTO schedule maintain staffing coverage at all sites
• Performs initial and annual skills evaluations for all MSSI paramedics with the assistance if the DS Trainer

Urine Drug Screen responsibilities

• Direct oversight of the DS UDS program
• Supervises the UDS Admin  

Diplomatic Security Training Responsibilities

• Oversight of and all training activities
• Track employee certifications
• Oversees validation, verification, and testing of all WPS Medic personnel
• Mechanisms for remedial education, training, and certification/licensure/authorization review
• Supervises the DS Trainer

Mortuary Affairs Responsibilities

• Oversees Mortuary Affairs tasks. Coordinates repatriation activities and provide guidance and communication with DOS, DOD, Coalition, and other contracting companies on behalf of CHS/Acuity.
• Provides guidance to DOS and other contracting companies during the repatriation process.

Operations Responsibilities

• In the absence of the PM or DPM, will brief Contracting Officer (CO), CO Representative, DOS representatives and DOD as needed
• Assist the OCONUS PMO staff with the ongoing activities associated with the base medical services contract
• Assists with the managing of day-to-day activities and prioritizing tasks
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Provide oversight of new employee orientation program for new CHS/Acuity MSSI employees upon their arrival OCONUS
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends and recommending system improvements
• Maintain awareness of MSSI staffing and provide input and planning for foreseen deficiencies
• Perform payroll duties in the absence of the BAM
• Assist MSSI movement when needed

Meetings

• Attends various leadership meetings as the CHS/Acuity representative to coordinate effort with USG and other contracting agencies to ensure the operations at the site
• Attends PMO meetings, and through employing operational knowledge, adds beneficial recommendation to advance the functioning of the program. i.e., weekly site lead meeting, MSSI sync meeting and quarterly corporate compliance meeting
• Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements i.e., weekly MASCAL and Leadership meeting with the Role

Reports

• Prepares the IPR presentation for DOS
• Develop a variety of reports as directed by management to convey information concisely to sites, CHS/Acuity management, CHS/Acuity headquarters, and DOS
• Developing, coordinating, and enforcing company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Consolidates key statistical information regarding medical operations and packages into a presentable format for the PM to brief to CHS/Acuity corporate headquarters and DOS, thus providing valuable data regarding CHS/Acuity operations over various periods of time.  
• Provides on-site inspections, written appraisals and recommendations, and operational guidance at PMO meetings for the coordination of CHS/Acuity site closures as requested by DOS
• Provides oversight of daily SITREP updates and ensures corrections of deficits as noted by CHS/Acuity sites as noted on the SITREP
• Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements
• Update HEDIS monthly
• Prepares monthly reports for COR and ACOR
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must hold and maintain certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Paramedic
• Must hold and maintain a state Paramedic license
• Must hold and maintain PHTLS/ITLS/TCCC, ACLS, BLS and PALS
• Must hold current BLS, ACLS and PALS instructor certification with American Heart Association
• PHTLS / TCCC / ITLS and EVOC instructor certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paramedic Supervisor or Field Training Officer
• Minimum 10 years clinical and field experience with patient care experience within the last 6 months
• Experience working in an austere environment.
• Certified as a urine drug collector, instructor certification preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License
• Must have a current U.S. Passport
• Must sign a CHS Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA
• Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Work hours are based on a 72-hr. work week; typically, six 12-hour days but other variations may apply
• Requires a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security
• Shall Attend a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI-Iraq contract. The Internal Audit Director – Finance and Treasury Portfolio will focus on co-leading the Finance and Treasury Internal Audit team under the direction of the Audit Senior Director – Finance and Treasury, conducting audits in the areas such as general accounting, regulatory reporting, product control, liquidity management, capital management, and interest rate risk management.  The Internal Audit Director is a leadership position within the US Internal Audit Department responsible for the development and execution of a risk based audit plan that addresses the significant risks relevant to the Finance and Treasury Portfolio.  The Internal Audit Director develops strong relationships with Finance and Treasury business partners to obtain an understanding of the risks facing the organization and stay close to new developments impacting the business.  Additionally, the Internal Audit Director role will be responsible for leading, directing, evaluating, and developing audit professionals to ensure audit activities are conducted to high standards of accuracy, rigor, and credibility and according to regulations and industry standards.  The Internal Audit Director will also assist the Audit Senior Director in mentoring and developing the Finance and Treasury Internal Audit team to ensure team members continue to progress their careers. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Audit Senior Director – Finance and Treasury in developing a comprehensive audit plan for the Finance and Treasury Portfolio that addresses key regulatory requirements / expectations and provides a sound third line of defense risk based coverage
• Provide oversight in the execution of the audit plan through the review of detailed project plans that effectively incorporate appropriate risks, scope, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, budgets and client availability
• Demonstrate a forward-looking mindset to anticipate what is needed to timely meet objectives and department needs
• Oversee and manage multiple engagements at one time
• Participate in certain committees of the US Region to increase understanding and awareness of current issues and new developments
• Guide department personnel in their careers and provide learning opportunities through coaching and mentoring activities
• Collaborate with team members in Enterprise Internal Audit to ensure a consistent approach to auditing risk and ensure there is a robust exchange of information and ideas
• Provide guidance to the team in all phases of an audit as needed
• Expand the operational audit team’s knowledge of key banking requirements / regulatory expectations in the areas of finance and treasury management
• Prepare or review meaningful, relevant, and well-supported audit reports
• Effectively communicate findings to various levels of management
• Translate broad business strategies and key initiatives within assigned areas into effective, risk sensitive audit plans
• Assist the Audit Senior Director – Finance and Treasury in executing and evolving department strategy and governance

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Experience working in an Internal Audit department at a large US bank focusing on audits of the finance and treasury function
• Strong knowledge of US banking regulations, including Regulation YY
• 12+ years of relevant, progressive experience
• Big 4 or other professional services experience preferred

The Division Director, Client Account Management for Language Services skillfully executes consultative client management and growth strategies as they lead, develop, and oversee the management of our client’s language services programs.  Each Division Director will manage 10-15 Client Account Managers and/or National Account Directors, all of whom are individual contributors. • Supervise engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, personnel development, etc.
• Ensure performance management, coaching, and development of team members through established HR processes and disciplinary actions.
• Participate and coordinate annual scheduling and execution of the C&W Safety Program as directed by Asset Services, Engineering Leadership, EH&S Administration, and so forth. Responsible for 100% Compliance at his/her site.
• Manage operational accounts for building, including variance reporting, as required and assist in development of operating and capital budgets
• Utility Management such as tracking use, consumption, cost, reporting, comparison models, sub-metering, budgeting, variances as directed by Management and/or Leadership.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment; identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in maintenance/engineering issues as required
• Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an ongoing basis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective preventive and predictive maintenance program for task scheduling, routines, and performance. Program to include procedures for annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly and other scheduled maintenance as provided by the manufacturer’s recommendations and/or industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
• Coordinate development of and/or maintain an Operations Document Library, including but not limited to construction plans, structural plans, as-built drawings, MEP schedules, line diagrams and schematics, equipment and operation manuals, start up and commissioning documents, and equipment warranties.
• Formulate and conduct building-related systems and equipment training.
• Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and engineers.
• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues; must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants, clients, property management, and vendors
• Develop specifications and assist in solicitation, administration, execution and performance of maintenance/ repair service contracts.
• May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts
• Respond to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns
• Implement and administer inventory control programs, purchase parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency, and company directives as relates to building operations.
Duties are inclusive of approximately 50% operating engineer responsibilities;
May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may require shift work and/or on-call or stand-by duties

IMPORTANT EDUCATION

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
• Vocational/Technical training certificate
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required, i.e. Journeyman or Master Electrician License or City Licenses
• Universal Technician for CFC’s depending on market licensure requirements
• Financial knowledge necessary for reading and understanding budgets, budget variances and basic reporting as required by management
• Familiar with Energy Management System (EMS)/programming and fire alarm systems
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word

Lead and manage the sales process to create and sustain a high performance team. The Director has full P&L responsibility and will lead a team of sales managers and several specialty sales teams.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively set sales strategies and tactics
• Facilitate regular sales and financial progress meetings with leaders and sales staff
• Work with sales managers to develop and execute ongoing staffing plans inclusive of recruiting, hiring, training, development and measurement strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to develop sales manager leaders
• Minimum of 3+ years-experience in developing sales manager leaders
• Minimum of 5+ experience leading sales people in a diverse environment.  (Preferably service industry)
• 5 + years staffing industry experience

Preferred Skills:

• College level educationExposure to multiple staffing models
• Strong demonstrated understanding of healthcare staffing sales cycles across multiple specialties
• Must have staffing/recruitment experience
