The role covers the Lower Holyhead Road, Coventry area. The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team as well as working to their own initiative. Responsible for:

· Being an Ambassador for the Funeral Division and the Society as a whole, at all times

· Assisting covering duties outside normal business hours (i.e., nights, weekends, and statutory/customary holidays)

· When required to delegate tasks to Community Funeral Directors and Personal Funeral Advisors to achieve exceptional client service

· Supporting first line colleagues in achieving the Locations and Goals and Objectives

· Management of physical resources including colleagues and premises which fall under your area of responsibility

· To maintain and be responsible for high standards of personal appearance, speech, and conduct.

· Assist with presentation of deceased for visits, to oversee supervise and conduct funerals.

Are you a ready now Clinical Pharmacy Leader looking for the next challenge in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and dedicated pharmacist to lead the trust medicines assurance and pharmacy governance at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

The opportunity has arisen as the current post holder will be on maternity leave, therefore a fixed term contract (secondment considered) is being advertised.

The primary role of this post is the professional strategic leadership of the Trust Medicines Assurance Framework and Pharmacy Governance. Also act as the professional secretary for the Trust Medicines Optimisation Committee (MOC) and Chair of the Medicines Policy and Practice Committee (MPPC).

The post holder will play a key strategic role in supporting the Director/Deputy Director of Pharmacy and Trust Quality team to ensure all our medication related committees and groups focus their outputs towards statutory Trust assurance needs, internal continual improvement and aligning towards a progressive Trust Medicines Optimisation Strategy.

As the secretary of the centralised Trust MOC, support Chairs of the committees and groups which are closet to clinical practice and the enablement of innovative practice. All committees output and reporting being accountable to MOC.

At an ICS level the post holder will also support the medicines governance group via the delegated authority of the Pharmacy Governance Team which includes the Medication Safety Officer (MSO).

The post holder is supported by an experienced Pharmacy Governance Team, Trust Medicines Safety Officer (MSO) and Lead Pharmacist - Clinical Guidelines and PGD’s (see attached structure charts). The post holder will also provide direct line management of the supportive structure. JOB SUMMARY The post holder will be working closely with the Associate Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Operations, the General Managers and the Associate Director for AHPs. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate strong AHP leadership and provide highly specialist AHP advice. The post holder will be expected to provide clinical and professional leadership including support, guidance and representing the broad views of the AHPs within childrens services and will need to achieve a level of visibility that enables these views to be represented equally from all professions and to inform a clear AHP/ Nursing strategy for the organisation and wider system. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust as Associate Director of Finance – Assurance.

In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Finance, Contracting and Procurement team.

You will provide leadership to the Financial Assurance function, that incorporates financial services and treasury management, corporate financial management, capital planning and finance systems development. You will have responsibility for financial reporting and lead the production of the Trust’s annual accounts. You will also support the development of the Trust’s financial strategy and the production of financial plans. You will act as the primary liaison with external partners and regulators.

About the team

We are looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead our work regulating the exam boards in their delivery of general qualifications, including GCSEs, AS and A levels.

This role sits within our General Qualifications Directorate. You will be a member of Ofqual’s wider leadership group, working with colleagues from across the organisation to deliver our regulatory priorities.

What will the post holder be doing?

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of an annual regulatory strategy for GCSE, AS and A levels, monitoring qualification delivery to make sure that risks are appropriately identified and managed and ensuring that exam boards comply with our rules.

You will also lead Ofqual’s response when things go wrong, managing multi-disciplinary teams to make often high-profile and high-impact decisions on issues affecting general qualification delivery and assessment standards and engaging effectively with exam boards and the Department for Education.

In addition, you will be responsible for using Ofqual’s regulatory tools effectively to promote exam board compliance, contribute to Ofqual’s understanding of factors impacting qualification delivery, and inform our strategic response through policy decisions and regulatory action.

This role requires a strong understanding of qualifications standards and delivery, knowledge and understanding of the education sector and regulation as well as the ability to work flexibly and the leadership skills to inspire, motivate and develop staff.

You will also need to have proven ability to work and make decisions in a pressurised environment, demonstrate sound analytical skills, and be an excellent communicator.
