This Executive Assistant role is home based and offers a part time working opportunity of 22 hours a week, usually over 3 days. The role is fixed term (16 weeks) supporting the Director of People and Head of HR Operations. You will receive a competitive salary of £30,432 per annum (pro rata).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executive Assistant Duties: Assist the Director of People with meeting/diary arrangements, taking minutes at meetings, collating reports and administer the People Committee, Staff Engagement Group and EDI Steering Group meetings.
· Employee relations (ER) – administration support: Diary management and setting up ER meetings like investigations, short term absence meetings etc. Issuing standard template letters following absence or ER interventions. Absence management support - Chasing the completion of return to work interviews, correct absence recording. Minute taking at ER meetings.
· HR Administrative support: EDI and Wellbeing calendar initiatives – drive actions and support event arrangements; Recruitment adinistration, and interview arrangements for senior posts. Improve our ED&I data, support the Wellbeing survey, plus any other ad hoc support we need.
