The Deputy Chief of Quality, Safety & Value (QSV) - Registered Nurse demonstrates leadership, experience, and creative approaches to improvement in quality-of-care outcomes. The Deputy Chief of QSV will demonstrate performance that is broad enough to improve the care for a group of patients. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.
• This position is responsible for the execution of live studio programming using a Vizrt Mosart Automation system. The responsibilities include but are not limited to using studio equipment to build effects and templates for coding and execution of studio shows via Octopus rundowns.
• Co-ordinate the planning and production of News and Current Affairs programmes output to ensure that editorial intentions are met, and highest production standards maintained. The individual will be equipped with the right skills and new/developing tools to deliver high quality production.
• Set the direction and work with studio crew on duties on the requirements to facilitate and execute an error-free studio production.
• Work primarily in the studio but occasionally will be needed in the field for outdoor news broadcast.
• In the fast paced nature of news, the individual is required to provide guidance to the studio and production crew on the last minute changes and issues that may happen on during production.

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline

The Chief Circuit Mediator manages the Circuit Mediation Program, which facilitates settlement discussions among parties and their counsel in a wide range of civil appeals. Cases are selected for the program via invitations from the Chief Circuit Mediator, referrals from judges, and requests from parties. Mediators devise a settlement process that meets the needs of the participants by meeting virtually or in-person and facilitating negotiations, managing conflict, and promoting the parties' understanding of the ramifications of litigation. In addition, mediation services are provided to help resolve disputes between employees and employing offices of the courts of the circuit.

The Chief Circuit Mediator also oversees and guides the staff of the CMJSO, who provide the following services to the Chief Circuit Judge and the Fifth Circuit:

• Processing and providing initial analysis of complaints of judicial misconduct or disability. Mediators assist in the resolution of complex complaints.
• Assisting in the resolution of attorney discipline matters involving members of the Fifth Circuit Bar and CJA Panel.
• Processing and analyzing CJA vouchers submitted by counsel appointed to represent indigent criminal defendants, both in the court of appeals, and, when large (excess) amounts are involved, in the district courts.
