The individual in this role is responsible for driving the business & client strategy, new business development, product innovation, client experience, delivery of the financial plans, and maintaining a pristine risk and controls environment for Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) in the Central & Eastern Europe (CE5) Sub-Cluster and Hub Managed Countries.

The successful candidate will work closely with TTS Global and Regional stakeholders as well as partners in Banking, Commercial Bank and franchise leaders and will be accountable to the respective  Chief Country Officers for the end-to-end delivery, oversight, and growth of the TTS business.

The TTS  Central & Eastern Europe Sub-Cluster Head will have responsibility for all Corporate, Commercial and Public Sector (CCPS) managed revenue and global client revenue across the 5 presence and 11 non-presence (hub-managed) markets in their sub-cluster, along with oversight on a direct or matrixed basis for all TTS staff within the sub-cluster.

The individual will report directly to the Head of TTS Europe and to the Head of CE5 & Ireland Cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership and Direction: Develop and implement short and long-term strategy for TTS business in CE5 to drive the client agenda, achieve financial growth targets, maximize client and business returns, ensure expansion of market and client wallet share and execute on product capabilities in line with TTS global strategy and cluster objectives.

• Client Strategy: Develop and execute on a client strategy, partnering closely with Banking, Commercial Bank and other relevant partners. Drive customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing, returns and marketing plans for each client segment. Own senior TTS sponsorship for top client relationships.

• Product Strategy: Drive product strategy, execution of key product enhancements, and superior product delivery. Own client experience and work with key partners across Banking Commercial Bank, TTS Sales, Onboarding, Service and Operations.

• Financial Objectives: Create and deliver a multi-year financial plan tied to key drivers and existing and potential customers. Achieve targets set for client revenues, expenses and headcount, as well as appropriate ratios such as efficiency ratios, Return on Assets & RLAP.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive efficiency of IT services, processes and governance model and identifying bottlenecks and redundancy
• Defines, drives, and coordinates the development of process improvement initiatives. Leads analysis and process mapping efforts and identifies and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluates prioritizes, recommends and leads improvement opportunities and changes to existing IT services and business alignment.
• Driving uplift in IT operational and execution capability through a deep understanding of levers across the IT landscape to enhance efficiency through enablers such as engineering, automation, cloud-native adoption, IAAC, FinOps, DevOps, Agile, SecOps etc. while balancing the needs of process and effective IT controls
• Experience in defining performance measures and providing continuous feedback on measures (both financial and non-financial) such as SLAs and TATs within IT operations to measure impact of initiatives
• Drive and execute impact initiatives that drive efficiencies through optimization of technologies, and shared services
• Work with other IT SMTs and group office to ensure alignment and best application of group standards and governance control
• Collaborate with IT SMTs and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and adoption of TDA efficiency initiatives, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consult with business owners and SMEs on on-going improvements and deliver best practice IT operations & processes and provide sustainable & scalable solutions

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with people management experience
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT efficiency improvement programs, utilizing program management methodologies and agile practices.
• Proven experience in leading IT transformation initiatives through process and change management in an enterprise IT
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments

Functional Duties

• Identify strategic IT requirements covering both insurer and health provider domains
• Support development of principles, strategy, roadmap and architecture solutions for strategic projects to drive digital transformation, customer serving platform-Omnichannel, CRM, application modernization, shared integrated platform, etc. aligned with business strategy and objectives
• Analyze business priorities & strategies and translate these into architecture requirements for the operational enterprise and propose to the business on strategic architecture framework development
• Provide Enterprise Architecture design thinking and support to the Enterprise Architecture team members, Technology Delivery IT and business team, with a focus on business and application architecture
• Contribute to the definition of architecture strategy, direction, and standards pertinent for technology solution delivery. Ensure architecture strategy aligns to the overall IT strategy and clearly communicated and understood among IT teams on delivery
• Be an active EA team member and contribute to the architecture community on architecture roadmaps, blueprints and architecture building blocks development with domain leads

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated architecture depth & experience in at least one technical or architectural domain
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or equivalent
• Experience influencing solution direction and standard adoption through the use of architecture capability, building blocks, strategies and roadmaps
• Experience work in complex IT environments, and able to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing context
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
