We are currently seeking an interim Global Supplier & Supply Manager to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position will initially be based in Ransomes Dock, Battersea, London however however the company plans to move to High Holborn, London by end of 2024 (there is also the option to be based in Liverpool for this role, if preferred). This is a full-time temporary role for 3 months (with the potential this can extend to 6 months), requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £54,000 - £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

As the Global Supplier and Supply manager, you will play a crucial role in developing Elida Beauty's Supplier and EB collaboration Strategy and execution. You will create the right JBP and work with the teams to ensure that this is supporting the commercial strategy and vision with the capacity allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
- Responsible for setting-up seamless EB-Supplier collaboration process with Strategic Suppliers
- Lead the Global LTCP process (half-yearly) along with the Supply, Demand and Procurement team, aligned at Brand-format level for all suppliers.
- Defines and finalises a Joint Business Planning Process and KPI targets with Strategic Suppliers
- Defines and develops process for capacity management, supply commitment against volume commitment, managing and communicating Supplier's attainment analysis.
- Ensures constant improvement in supplier relationships and collaboration
- Responsible for process improvement at EB and Strategic Supplier's end to improve the Plan Compliance and Supplier's service to EB.
- Work on establishing standard root cause across all supplier's to capture the gaps.
- Design and set process to review the agreed cover on all critical items, at the Strategic Supplier's end.
- Lead quarterly refresh of annual volumes at brand/format level to check if any significant increase or decrease, to lead the discussions with the procurement team and the supplier.
- Lead the Top to Top engagement between EB and Strategic suppliers
- Team Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Ensures setting up and continuously improving the process for excellent service levels, and capacity management at Supplier's end.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Strategic suppliers, Regional Planning and global procurement to ensure high level of supply chain deliverables on service and cost form the suppliers to EB.
- Process setup and lead with Strategic Suppliers to ensure the right capability and plans are derived to deliver organization's growth plans
Process & Technology Management
- Lead technology transformation for Supplier Collaboration
- Defines new processes and continuous improvement areas for supply improvement

- Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organization as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain across Plan, Service and Deliver.
- Previous operational experience in planning is required.
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy.
- The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of key financials, P&L and network design models.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management, is preferred but not essential.
