Position Overview:

The Internal Web Content Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall health and longevity of DaVita’s intranet, the VillageWeb. This position will work with teams across the organization to maintain content, governance and the proper functioning of the platform.

Utilizing analytics and emerging best web practices, this role will be instrumental in supporting improvements to the overall digital user experience, and the implementation of future intranet enhancements.

Key duties include the following:

• Managing a team of individuals to drive the strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements
• Serving as subject matter expert of content-management systems, and identifying ways to implement them that meet team and audience needs
• Collaborating with IT teams on technical intranet upgrades
• Maintaining established governance practices for the platform
• Working closely with intranet content owners across lanes to develop and enhance content
• Providing analytics and insights to improve page performance and content strategy
• Providing guidance around keywords, language and metadata tags to improve search functionality
• Maintaining message and design integrity on all intranet pages using DaVita’s branding and style guide
• Monitoring emerging web trends and best practices, and developing plans for incorporating them to improve engagement with appropriate audiences

Essential Job Functions:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in web, marketing or communications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using various content management systems
• Proficient at editing, reporting and project management.
• Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize and independently execute the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver with accuracy, integrity and attention to detail within established deadlines.

• AP style proficiency preferred.

What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for an Informatics Project Manager to provide knowledgeable project management and technical project management staff who shall be responsible for day-to-day interactions with collaborators, stakeholders, outer agency contractor developers, and extramural collaborators to support the operations, maintenance, enhancements, and additional functionality required by the Global Substance Registration System (GSRS) program. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Rockville, MD.  

• Work within the Informatics interest group to identify and exploit synergies among projects to improve and adopt processes that can be shared among teams.
• Facilitate project communication including coordinating meeting logistics (setting agendas), delivering minutes (outcomes, action plans, tasks, and key decisions), drafting, and delivering status reports as well as creating presentations and developing its content.

• Serve as a key member of the DSST Marketing and Communications Team by working collaboratively to build efficient systems and take creative ideas from concept to final product.

• Assist in the creation and oversight of branded assets and communications.

• Manage social media calendar as well as content and publish, monitor engagement, and report monthly digital platform performance

Campaign Management

• Support in producing digital communications and marketing pieces, including, emails, website copy, and blogs for print and digital. 

• Support DSST’s digital marketing and communication in alignment with managing our marketing tools including social media, communication apps, ReachWell, and DSST’s website.

• Create promotional materials relating to school and campaign events.

• Lead content brainstorming, creation, and feedback gathering with the following Home Office teams: DEI, Advocacy, Family & Community Engagement, Alumni, and more

• Effectively manage multiple projects in an efficient and systematic way

School Collaboration

• Monitor DSST school communications to stay informed about school events and updates; report relevant information back to the broader team.

• Support DSST schools through a strong partnership with the Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager in storytelling through newsletter, social media, ReachWell, and other communications best practices and resources. 

• Assess and evaluate the efficacy of all DSST events and share findings so as to improve future event advertisement, media, and social media outreach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of digital or interactive marketing experience required

• Has an understanding of digital advertising and social media (direct, social, search, etc.) and media industry trends, developments, and technologies; then uses this knowledge to present business building strategies

About the role: 

The Sr Manager, Utility Customer Success Management will be responsible for empowering the customer to minimize time to value and working cross functionally to drive initiatives internally on their behalf. The primary purpose of this role is to provide value and build interpersonal relationships that foster customers who are active promoters. About you:

• Monitor China tax and financial legislation changes, determine the impact and communicate to manage the impact of legislative changes;

The acquisition of Freedom Boat Club in May 2019 was a game-changer and established Brunswick (and Business Acceleration) as a leader in boat clubs and the Boating-as-a-Service marketplace.  The business is exceeding growth, financial and synergy targets.  Significant growth opportunities remain in the U.S., Canada and EMEA through a company operated and franchise business model.  Over the past few years, Freedom has completed a series of acquisitions of franchise-operated Freedom Boat Clubs and converted them to company-operated, thereby generating regional “super territories” that now include over 15 corporate clubs to manage, operate, scale, and unlock operating efficiencies.

Opportunity:

We are investing further in our team and are looking for a General Manager, Tampa Bay. This role will have responsibility for 30+ Tampa Bay locations.

The General Manager will report to the VP & GM, Regional Operations - Freedom Boat Club, and will serve as a key business leader to drive high performance and realization of full market potential, achieve operational excellence, ensure best practice adoption, and develop talent and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth-oriented business plan for the region that focuses on remarkable member experiences, operational excellence, and financial profitability.

• Monitor, analyze and present KPIs that underscore Club performance.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement at the docks.

• Partner with sales and marketing to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Continue the mission of creating remarkable member experiences (both in current delivery of each outing and new opportunities to delight members) that result in strong member satisfaction.

• Manage slip access risk and opportunities that support growth.

• Partner with Fleet Management to ensure boat quantity and mix support both member experience and profitable growth.

• Play an active role in ensuring maintenance costs are managed, and fleet uptime is maximized.

• Hire, manage and inspire high performing teams.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Hospitality.

• MBA preferred.

• 8+ years of hands-on operations experience, including leading large teams, creating business plans and driving results.

• 5+ years in a management role.

• Ability to not only think strategically, but also drive results through personal execution.

• Ability to define business problems and frame answers in a logical and structured way.

• Familiarity with LSS/Continuous Improvement methodology.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability and desire to take risks and challenge the status quo.

• Strong drive to develop innovative solutions.

• Creative problem solver with strong decision-making skills with the ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles.

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) is responsible for supporting the creation, execution, and evaluation of innovative and effective brand-building, marketing, advertising, and promotional programs and will have full ownership of their implementation while owning selected projects from start to finish.

What You Can Expect

Ownership of key projects and marketing activities across the portfolio:

Planning

• Support the delivery of the Strategy & Insights process and its outcomes: the development of innovative and exciting brand activations that deliver against strategic imperatives. Support preparation of annual brand business plan presentations. Support or lead the delivery of media & creative, packaging, and event collaterals in collaboration with partner agencies.

Packaging

• Support the delivery of all relevant packaging changes, liaising with Global team, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure flawless execution and transition in market.

Gifting

• Manage the brands’ gifting strategy and pipeline, in collaboration with commercial teams, customer marketing, supply chain, and finance team.  

Events & Sponsorships:

• Lead the implementation of sponsorships, events, and partnerships programs and any associated amplification plans. In charge of leading internal branded events and communications for the brand incl. brand inductions. 

Brand Guardian

• Be a brand guardian ensuring brands are presented in a premium and consistent ‘on-brand’ way, ensuring all approvals are obtained. Initiate and maintain close, consistent communication with internal and external agencies. Be a key point of contact for Customer Marketing teams.

Projects

• Manage key brand-related projects to ensure timely delivery to market within budget.

Business Performance & Management: 

• Monthly brand performance review including competitive set, and sales data. A&P management: appropriately maintaining A&P budget at all times updated, reflecting the latest status.  On-going post evaluations of brand activities, so learnings can be integrated into the planning cycle and help deliver a continuous improvement on marketing spend efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 4 years of brand marketing experience, client or agency side in a consumer goods environment

• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and ability to apply strong analytical thinking

• Demonstrated excellence in building relationships and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of an organization 

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations with agility and a measure of independence

• Passion and love for consumer brand marketing 

• Strong technical skills, especially in creating compelling presentations and other content using Google Slides
