Job Summary

Do you have experience working with IT transformation, hybrid/multi cloud, shifting consumption models AND/OR networking, cloud, data, and security across the complex Channel landscape of Partners including Distributors, Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers?

If so, we are currently looking for a Partner Program Senior Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong balance of business development skills, Go To Market (GTM) strategy and design with partners, program and relationship oversight, cross-team coordination, leadership skills and results measurement.

As a Partner Program Senior Manager, with a focus on driving Channel business through Distribution Partners, you will be part of our Americas partner organization focused on developing Equinix’s evolving relationships with key partners.

This role has a high degree of visibility, and will require someone with strong executive presence, particularly in dealing with partner-facing interactions, who can collaborate across a large stakeholder community with the impact and influence to deliver results in a cross functional organization.

You will work in collaboration with our Sales, Product, Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Support, Marketing, and Operations organizations in crafting an effective Go To Market (GTM) strategy.

A strong understanding of Platform, Digital Transformation, managed services, ecosystems,

technology partnerships, and orchestration with adjacent alliances such as with NSPs, OEMs, Software, Cloud and other digital ecosystem partners will be key to success in this role.

Important to understand and effectively help partners navigate their client’s Digital Transformation and modernization needs, procurement procedures, and contracting vehicles.

Responsibilities include providing leadership on building joint GTM programs, pursuit and support playbooks, and facilitation of team alignment with partners. 

As the Programs lead for the Distribution and VAR Channel space you will be the primary to design the GTM strategy with Equinix’s Partners that drive joint pursuit outcomes, coordination of multi-functional teams, and collaboration on tracking of performance objectives.

While this is a non-quota bearing role, our ideal candidate will need to be comfortable working with partners and Equinix Channel sales teams in building joint value alignment around delivering mission outcomes, leveraging existing relationships plus identifying new entry points with partners into Distribution, and engaging broadly across product, technology, and operations teams to build and deliver joint solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Translate Equinix Platform, Fabric and Digital Service capabilities into high value joint solutions for target Partners in order to repeat and scale the go-to-market engine. Help clearly articulate the key drivers and value points for Distributor and Partner decision makers that lead to greater investment in the Equinix relationship

• Execute on objectives set by channel management

• Assist in the development of required support materials for the program

• Measure and report on success of assigned Partners/Distributors

• Help develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with Partners/Distributors

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience with a strong background in Distributor and Channel Partner support across business development, sales, marketing, technology, and team leadership

• 5+ years channel program management within the Distributor space and leadership experience with accountability for past success

• Experience and working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud and Platform environments

• Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, create and document program GTM strategy for consumption throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits/client and partner outcomes

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Organizational and priority-setting skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Skilled in MS Office products and Salesforce.com strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

What You Will Do:

Increase Guidehouse solution penetration in designated market through account / client relationship management, cross practice coordination within the market, and deep knowledge of regional market

Within their respective region, the Accounts Lead will sell, support the architecture, and implementation of business transformation programs for our clients, while delivering change and value through new industry capabilities/technology solutions. We expect the account lead to own the Regional Market RBR budget target by being involved in at least these activities:

Growth. Broaden relationships at the most senior levels with current and potential clients, and to translate this into NEW business opportunities.

Provide horizontal client development and assessment coordination

Coordinate at least 12 Account Plans for the identified client targets in the region per year with standard cadence in place for execution

Grow a substantial business; build sustainable, long-term, and profitable client relationships at the C-suite and Board levels; and reinforce Guidehouse’s position as a leading player in this market.

Delivery. Coordinate and support senior client relationships and will work with the BU on ensuring high quality delivery of the engagement.

Set the strategy and build propositions. Contribute to the evolution of key value propositions that relate to business issues faced by the client and be expected to drive practice development initiatives, new thought leadership, and continue to build Guidehouse’s reputation and brand.

Leading teams. Seen as a market validated expert in healthcare and, therefore, assist in attracting top talent to help build the Guidehouse team.

Building relationships and using influence. Trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders and must demonstrate a high degree of thought leadership and sales affinity.

What You Will Need:

• The successful candidate will display deep sales acumen and have excellent communication skills.
• You will bring deep expertise and background gained in healthcare and should have a track record of developing and implementing growth strategies for the healthcare provider industry. It is important that this individual have the executive presence and gravitas to work with Guidehouse’s most senior executive leadership.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership that drives enterprise value to the client and profitable expansive growth to your Consulting firm.  This Execuitve will work with other Partners across the enterprise—professionals who think and adapt quickly, and who can pivot from being the key decision-maker to team member in a consensus-driven organization. Guidehouse’s Executives are expected to build relationships at all levels of the company so they can effectively leverage all of the resources Guidehouse can bring to bear on behalf of their clients.
• The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
  • A minimum 12 years of experience selling solution management consulting and/or large-scale process-led transformation
  • A minimum of five years working with healthcare provider companies, with preferred dominance in the West region.
  • Strong relationships in the healthcare provider marketplace.
  • In depth understanding on the major issues (e.g., budgets, priorities, etc.), competitors, and key market trends in the healthcare provider market.
  • Clearly demonstrated business account development and selling experience in the range of $10 million+ in business origination.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in the C-suite.
  • Proven at driving rigorous, fact-based analysis of client business problems that align well to the company’s performance drivers and proves / disproves hypotheses, then to develop / help others develop solutions.
  • Executive level consulting sales/relationship experience with a demonstrated record of leadership and new business generation.
  • The ability to understand and anticipate the needs of healthcare provider clients; with forward thinking and intellect to help the client be innovative and be valued as a trusted advisor by senior executives.
  • Demonstrate agility, passion and innovation while managing through influence rather than command and control.
  • The ability to navigate successfully in a matrixed and rapidly changing organization.
  • 4 yr. degree from an accredited University or College

The Manager, Clinical Programs, will be a part of the Practice Engagement lane on Clinical Transformation within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC).  The Clinical Transformation team leads DaVita in the transformation of kidney care by enabling care teams to engage patients in reaching their health goals and reducing overall cost to the healthcare system. 

Being the Partner of Choice to nephrologist practices allows our care teams to improve the clinical outcomes for our patients and grow this line of business.  The Practice Engagement lane seeks to strengthen these practice partnerships through practice collaboration, reporting, technology, innovative care models, etc.  This Manager will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of such initiatives.

This position provides compliance support specifically for DaVita’s compliance email monitoring program.  This teammate will leverage technology to conduct monthly email reviews for potential compliance-related issues, and determine appropriate next steps based on findings. Additionally, this teammate will make recommendations to improve existing processes, lead analysis of related data, and develop relationships with internal stakeholders. 

This teammate will also be responsible for daily oversight and management of the Compliance QUESTionLine by providing clear and consistent guidance to teammates who seek answers to compliance-related questions. This teammate will work collaboratively within the Compliance Department as a compliance policy subject matter expert (SME) and with other teammates throughout the Village.  Areas of focus include Anti-Kickback Statute, Antitrust, Beneficiary Inducement and the False Claims Act.

DaVita’s Compliance team, Team Quest, identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving health care regulatory landscape.  As a Compliance Manager, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing compliance oversight.

Overarching responsibilities:

Oversight and responsibility for the proactive Email Monitoring Program. Management and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Compliance QUESTionLine. Ownership and maintenance of data and reporting for the Compliance Policies Team. Support Compliance Director on special projects as needed.

QUESTionLine Responsibilities:

• Review inquiries received and triage as appropriate.  For compliance questions, provide timely policy guidance to teammates and document clearly within system (EthicsPoint).
• Understand and be able to interpret compliance policies to provide appropriate guidance.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and potential risk in an easily digestible manner.
• Analyze data to define and understand problems, perform research, and evaluate alternatives to assist leadership in decision making regarding program enhancements or areas of improvement.
• Escalate issues to leadership, legal, and/or the Investigations team, as appropriate.
• Review and track compliance forms and approvals related to policies.
• Help review and provide feedback for compliance policies, trainings and job aids as needed.
• Participate in committees or independently review forms and requests for compliance risk and provide appropriate guidance and/or approvals.

Email Monitoring Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing compliance email monitoring process, including, conducting monthly reviews in Relativity and Brainspace and completing preliminary research on potential issues identified.
• Document rationale for decision to conduct additional follow up or create a case in EthicsPoint Case Management System for matters requiring additional investigation.
• Model continuous improvement in day to day working practices, consistently iterating on processes to ensure efficiency in risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within Compliance department and across departments.
• Analyze data to identify themes and trends and present to senior compliance leadership on an ongoing basis.
• Communicate findings to leadership and make recommendations for next steps related to issues identified.

Qualifications/Skills/Behaviors Required for Success in this Position:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; JD a plus
• Relativity and/or Brainspace experience required; eDiscovery technical certification(s) preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience required.  Compliance and/or health care experience strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proven ability to synthesize/analyze diverse information, develop recommendations and solutions, and articulate them clearly to business partners and leadership
• Proven experience in managing multiple requests for support while insuring stakeholders are satisfied with completeness, accuracy and timeliness

Job Title: Internal Web Content Manager

Department: Marketing and Communications (Team Mercury)

Reports to: Director, Communications

Position Overview:

The Internal Web Content Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall health and longevity of DaVita’s intranet, the VillageWeb. This position will work with teams across the organization to maintain content, governance and the proper functioning of the platform.

Utilizing analytics and emerging best web practices, this role will be instrumental in supporting improvements to the overall digital user experience, and the implementation of future intranet enhancements.

Key duties include the following:

• Managing a team of individuals to drive the strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements
• Serving as subject matter expert of content-management systems, and identifying ways to implement them that meet team and audience needs
• Collaborating with IT teams on technical intranet upgrades
• Maintaining established governance practices for the platform
• Working closely with intranet content owners across lanes to develop and enhance content
• Providing analytics and insights to improve page performance and content strategy
• Providing guidance around keywords, language and metadata tags to improve search functionality
• Maintaining message and design integrity on all intranet pages using DaVita’s branding and style guide
• Monitoring emerging web trends and best practices, and developing plans for incorporating them to improve engagement with appropriate audiences

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager of Sustainability to join our team. This individual will support the development and execution of Arrow’s environmental sustainability strategy. This role will engage across multiple components of our environmental work including but not limited to our energy and climate, sustainable operations, and stakeholder engagement strategic pillars.

As a Manager of Sustainability, you will support with strategy, implementation and management of corporate environmental sustainability initiatives, engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and greenhouse gas emissions management and reduction goal setting.

• Carry out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge related to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative, and supplier engagement

• Develop and implement processes and technologies aimed at improving environmental impact, efficiency, sustainability data visibility, and greenhouse gas reporting

• Manage relationships and set expectations with sustainability and ESG teams, project teams, and asset managers

U.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the S.A.F.E. Act). This position will require a Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be required for this position as well as restrictions on performing in a real estate agent capacity.

Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. GIS develops the bank’s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program, identifies and addresses vulnerabilities and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents. Within GIS, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and in the right context. IAM addresses the mission-critical need to ensure appropriate access to the resources across increasingly heterogeneous technology environments, and to meet increasingly rigorous compliance requirements

Role Description:

The Mainframe Security Engineering team manager directs and controls the activities of security engineers in the development, implementation, communication, monitoring and maintenance of the information security policies and procedures. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of security standards, procedures, and guidelines. This individual provides state of the art technical expertise and support to client, IT management, and staff in assessing risk and the implementation of appropriate security procedures and products. Oversees execution of security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs. Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocols and effectively communicate these risks and all other types of risk to management and key stakeholders.

• Responsible for overall aspects of securing the Bank's Mainframe environments with the goal of eliminating risks in these operational environments.

• Drives remediation of findings identified from security assessments and coaches other teammates remediation best practices.

• Proposes and leads forward thinking solutions; builds reusable secure-by-design frameworks (e.g., input validation, output encoding, logging, authorization).

• Oversees security engineering and operational teams and providing necessary service & support to run the Mainframe security platforms. 

• Works day-to-day on incidents primarily by providing direction to team members and aligned stakeholders,

• Ensures compliance with Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem management for various security technologies such as RACF, ACF2, DB2, CICS, Storage, zOS, zOS Network & Security and zOS Performance. 

• Partners with vendors on major projects, software upgrades, BAU tasks, and meeting SLAs.

• Acts as a key resource and spokesperson with risk partners during assessments, examinations and audits. 

• Drives Mainframe Modernization and work in close partnership with the CTO Mainframe team to provide SME security leadership. 

• Directs technology team within the Access Management Monitoring and Controls organization to research, engineer, develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and maintain the information security (authentication, perimeter security, security & compliance tools, etc), & directory technology systems (software & hardware) and security policies / procedures.

• Utilizes in-depth technical / project knowledge and business requirements to design / direct secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting the Bank's assets. Serves as organization spokesperson with other technology or business groups. Exercises independent judgment in directing staff to achieve results. Works independently with directions / goals from the Information Security Technology Executive. Typically 7-10 years of experience, including people management responsibility.

• Provides technical expertise throughout the software lifecycle including design, implementation and delivery.

• Leverage expertise Advanced experience with web application development, database, unix/linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, information retrieval, networking, large scale software development, security software development to execute large and small projects aimed at growing our business and/or evolving the Bank’s security posture

Role Qualifications-  Required Skills:

• 10+ Years of experience in RACF, ACF2 and zOS systems

• 10+ Years of working knowledge of Mainframe infrastructure and related concepts

• 5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships

• In-depth understanding of security integration points of z/OS, DB/2, IMS, CICS and other mainframe subsystems and how they are defined and managed with ACF2/RACF security servers. 

• Extensive experience with Audit processes, action planning, evidence tracking and interaction with risk partners

• Understanding cloud , virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages
